Bao Yuan by Tam Muea
Delicious Thai, Laos, Vietnam
Lao-Vietnamese restaurant, original recipe from Nakhon Phanom
Combining deliciousness from 3 countries, 3 cultures, Thailand ๐น๐ญ Laos ๐ฑ๐ฆ Vietnam ๐ป๐ณ gathered in one restaurant, Lao-Vietnamese restaurant, Indochinese style restaurant that combines the food culture of all 3 countries in a province on the Mekong River like Nakhon Phanom perfectly. I came to eat at the newly renovated branch, which moved from the G floor to the 5th floor at Central Chaengwattana. The colors and atmosphere control the tone well. This time, I came to eat many highlight menus of the restaurant.
โผ๏ธ Nem Nuang, side dishes packed in a tray, vegetables from the whole garden. The Nem Nuang itself is grilled to be fragrant, the meat is very good.
โผ๏ธ Tam Lao, Mae Noi's recipe, is a special Lao recipe from the mother of the owner of Tam Muea. Spicy and sour taste, fragrant with dried chili
โผ๏ธ Vietnamese spring rolls Thin and chewy dough, stuffed with minced pork and spring onions, served with pork sausage and sweet sauce, squeeze a little lime juice for a great taste.
โผ๏ธ Mekong River boiled chicken, free-range chicken with low uric acid, naturally raised with abundant food sources, like Tom Yum mixed with Isan herbs, a perfect combination.
โผ๏ธ Miang Pla Taptim, large fish, fresh, sweet meat, cut into easy-to-eat pieces, fried until golden brown and crispy, served with Miang, various fresh vegetables.
โผ๏ธ Yam Mua, premium salad with lots of ingredients, spicy and sour, including fresh crab, fresh shrimp, pork sausage, crispy fish, corn, carrots, so satisfying.
