[2025 Johor Bahru Restaurant] Travel Guide for Cedar Point Food Centre (Updated May)

Decided to check out the breakfast varieties at this food centre again after last night's dinner at this same place. Only a few stores were open. Majority of the people were having Kway Chap. So of cos I ordered too, together with other food. The kwaychap was nice, especially the pig intestines. Its texture was nice & it was cleaned quite thoroughly so there was no strong smell/taste to it. Wanton mee & curry noodle wasn't a disappointment either. But the chicken rice was very average, rice was abit bland & meat not tender enough. Overall, the morning crowd was much lesser than evening's. I would recommend the Kwaychap if you're a lover of it. Price per Person - SGD20 Rating - 8/10 A big & popular food centre in JB, located right behind Grand Paragon Hotel. It has a big outdoor seating area with good ventilation & space. There are also some other seats under shelter nearer to the stores, but it could get kinda stuffy. Most stalls opens during the evening 5pm till late night to cater to the dinner crowd. This place has a wide variety of local Malaysian cuisine. From satays, to seafood to CharKwayTeow to rojak & many more. There are also afew stores selling Japanese, Korean & Western food. The pricing are quite affordable. But of cos, pls do ask for pricing before ordering. Make sure to get a table first before you order food as the stall vendors will be serving it to you. Also, I would recommend to come as a grp, so you can order more dishes & share among. The sugarcane drink (BIG) which costs RM9 is huge & worth the money. It will quench your thirst so much.
