The cathedral of the good shepherd
The cathedral of the good shepherd has been one of the national monuments in Singapore for the past half century. It has a rich history of close to two centuries. It is one of the older churches here. The opening hours are from 9am to 6pm on a weekday. During the night time, you can see the glowing Sculpture of animals. The place is lighted up beautifully. You would feel a sense of serenity and peacefulness while walking in the church. The nearest train station would be the circle line at bras basah. You can also alight at bencoolen or city hall train station and take a 5 to 10 minutes walk there.

Armenian street party
#mustvisit
One of the most detrimental street of Singapore to the arts industry was what we called Armenian street which has since been closed up and used as almost a celebration locations of sorts on several occasions
For this years Singapore Night Festival, the organisers spare no expense in putting art out on display in this iconic location, throwing out an Armenian street party
The two week bonanza features works from local artists, local hawkers food street and dazzling light display for one and all, not forgetting a whole light up of performers making this Armenian street party one that is not to be missed!

The cathedral of the good shepherd is located near the bras brasah train station. It is located just opposite the chijmes place . It is the oldest Catholic church that is in Singapore. It has a history of more than 150 years already . You can visit the church and check out their mass timings too. The church architecture is very beautiful. Perhaps you may want to take some pictures there too. Our dream destination is to visit Taipei .We would like to visit the raohe street night market. There is so much food to choose from. We remember buying the long queue buns there. It is very tasty and nice. We will be going back again in the future for our family trip.
