The staycation that supposed to be just 3days2nights turns to 5days4nights because the place we stay at near the waterfront Kuching. One of the best staycation I’ve ever been in since I came to Sarawak. With the cheaper price I’ve got for the studio room, very spacious, have a little kitchen that does the job, a laundry space that’s good for a long stay, a large bathroom, and everything just nicely done and ready. Because the place is near the main attraction, everything else can be accessed easily. The laksa I had from one of famous places also very close, and I have it on repeat 😂 Well, I enjoyed my time in Kuching and all is well and will come back soon. 📍Address: Kuching Riverine Resort

Sarawak, as the largest state in Malaysia, their pace is slower than capital of Malaysia. however, price of food is about the same as Kuala Lumpur, with smaller portion. just love the Sarawak laksa, whether sold by Chinese or sarawakian. The White Cat Statue (Padungan Roundabout) Located at the Padungan Roundabout, this large white cat statue is often dressed up in different costumes during festive seasons. It was erected by the Kuching South City Council (MBKS) and is a popular photo spot for visitors. 2. The Cat Family Statue (Near Kuching Waterfront) Situated near the Grand Margherita Hotel, this statue features a cat family with kittens, symbolizing harmony and unity. Nothing beats the foods here, but make sure to come early because the seatings are reaallyyyyy limited 🍜 and are you really in kuching if you haven’t eat at 126 Laksa? that will be the best Laksa you’ve ever had in your LIFE! Kuching has been one of the best trip i had in my life! and i want to go there AGAIN!!!!

#travellerswonderland Aside from the Cat Statue at Jalan Padungan, this Cat Family Statue is the most popular cat statue in the city. This Cats family statue has a total of 9 cats, although located in the middle of the road, there are traffic light making it easily accessible for photos. If you're coming from the waterfront front walk, better crossover to the Riverside Majestic Hotel side (the side with Kuching Jazz Mural) when you see the "Kuching Word Sign". This will avoid the need to brave the busy traffic.
