The hotel is located in Tanjong Pagar, only 200m away from the subway station. It is only one stop from Tanjong Pagar to City Hall, and the transportation is very convenient. There are many shopping malls, supermarkets and a food center around the hotel, so shopping is very convenient! distance Chinatown is only about 1km long, and there are many unique shops along the way, which are worth a visit! The room is neither too big nor too small, the bed is not too soft, and the soundproofing is good, so there is no noise at night. The toilet has a reasonable layout, with dry and wet areas separated, making it very comfortable to use. The service attitude is very good. From the moment I walked into the hotel, every staff member was full of smiles, very polite, and the service was very professional! This hotel is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in Singapore. It is cheaper than the hotels in Orchard Road and Marina Bay. 20%, but its location, service and facilities are not as good as the former keep. The wifi was fast and a travel phone was provided. #Where to travel this summer This trip to Singapore, I booked a room at Carlton City Hotel, Singapore, which is a convenient place to stay, near food sources, minimarts, bus stops, and MRT. You can also walk to Chinatown comfortably. The hotel is only 590 meters from Mexwell, so you can walk to eat the famous chicken rice shop. Let's review the room. I must say that it is worth the price because it is spacious. The bed is so soft that it sucks your soul. It is considered a trip to stay in a place that is worth it. I slept very well. The bathroom is spacious, clearly separated into wet and dry zones. There is a bathtub, but no bidet. Which is the only disadvantage for someone who is addicted to bidets like us. But it is not a big deal because everything in the hotel is good. Plus, the transportation is convenient, not lonely, and very safe. If you come back late, you can still find food on the opposite side, which is Tanjong Pagar Plaza, or next to it is a small shopping mall. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but I didn't play so I didn't go up to see what it is like. And for friends who are looking for accommodation in Singapore, this is a good choice. Calden City Hotel Singapore, located near Tanjong Pagar, is a 3-minute walk away! There are many restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores, if you walk to Maxwell Deli Center within 10 minutes! The rooms were moderately sized, clean and well equipped, and had a bathtub for a very comfortable stay! The hotel also has a health room and pool where you can do some exercise! In the evening, you can go out to find something to eat easily. There are good restaurants around the accommodation. Or you can walk to Chinatown, it's not far at all. Check in took quite a while, had to wait 20 mins to get a room (Had to chase) Request of early check in and high floor was not fulfilled 🤷🏻‍♀️ Room I got was at level 4, corner room.. overall ok, comfortable and quiet but bedsheets and pillows doesn’t smell good Location was good tho, easy access to food places around!

The club lounge is on the 28th floor of the hotel. It is open from 7am to 11pm. Buffet breakfast is available from 7to 10.30am and evening cocktail with hors d’oeuvres from 6 to 8pm.All day light refreshments provided the rest of the day. The food was hit and miss. The hors d’oeuvres was good but the breakfast was very ordinary. What made up for food was the spectacular view from the lounge. It faces the sea! And it also has an extended outdoor balcony that you should choose if the weather is good. It is not too hot and you get to enjoy the fresh air and spectacular views, especially during sunset. I was there the full two hours in the evening and time just pass very fast! So, the view itself is worth the reason to get a Club Room to enjoy the lounge. A little work up to burn off the calories is a must do thing in a staycation. Carlton city have a great open pool with nice building beside. There are lot of sun bed for people who want some vitamins D. There is also a small jacuzzi beside the pool. parent with kids not to worry as they have a mini pool for kids too which is 0.5m in height. Beside Swiming pool the gym is just few steps away. it might not be a big gym but they are equipped with all the necessary item you need to train with.

Came for a staycay at Carlton for the hub’s birthday. Check in was a breeze and we got a room facing Bras Basah.. so was glad the reception staff are very helpful to help us change a room and got us a Suntec City view instead. Carlton is a stone throw away from Raffles City and I am glad I have ordered a cake collection there, as the hotel staff has forgotten/ came when the DND button was on/ because we had a change of room, to deliver a complimentary cake as mentioned in the email. We ordered a seafood pizza for in room supper dining and told them we will be paying by card, however the staff came up without a portable card terminal, and took my husband’s card away for a good 10mins.. The room itself is comfortable and cosy and we all had a good rest. It’s really a beautiful hotel and took us by pleasant surprise. As the observation wheel slowly rises, the bustling city and the tranquility of the harbor interweave before our eyes. Such a beautiful view is breathtaking. After returning to the hotel and having dinner, I leisurely enjoyed the night view of the city and felt particularly happy.

This wasn’t our first time staying at a Carlton property, but it was our first time at Carlton City. The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of food options nearby. We booked the Club Room with lounge access. Unlike the one at Carlton's Bugis location, the Carlton City lounge serves sandwiches and snacks throughout the day. The room was a decent size and clean. The TV offered a good selection of cable channels and had a Chromecast feature (though it wasn’t exactly efficient). Normally, there’s a great selection of food and drinks during the evening cocktail hours from 6 pm to 8 pm. However, we were informed that due to the low occupancy of club rooms, the food service would be à la carte instead of the usual buffet spread. This was a bit disappointing, as we’ve always appreciated the variety offered in the lounge. That said, the excellent service provided by Rayyis, Jasper, and Nicholas made up for it. They were attentive, always ready to serve with a smile, and quick to top up our drinks. They also checked in regularly to see if we wanted to order more food. Despite the change in lounge offerings, we would definitely book the Club Room again, and we’re hoping to experience the usual club lounge experience on our next stay.

From grabbing tickets on Klook starting in July to being on-site in Singapore on March 8th, half a year has passed, and the long-awaited concert has quietly come to an end. A 3 and a half hour exhilarating performance, the incredibly beautiful and energetic Taylor Swift, provided an experience where you just couldn't sit down. The concert seamlessly transitioned throughout, and the special segment where she played and sang herself was a surprise with 4 treasure tracks chosen. 'Amazing' is not enough to express the praise for this performance, - 😎 I got the five-star hotel package from Klook, which included 2 cat5 tickets and a one-night stay at a five-star hotel, totaling around 💰4900. The tickets were synchronized to Ticketmaster around October, and the hotel check-in was straightforward with just a passport presentation, very convenient! - 🎫 Our cat5 tickets were in section 639, row x, almost the second to last row at the top of the mountain, but the stadium's design is such that it's still possible to see clearly even from the mountain seats. The stage was huge, and the whole area was super hyped, providing a top-notch experience! 📷 All my pictures were taken with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. The clearest shots were from video footage zoomed in 5 times, then screenshot directly from the video! - 🏨 The hotel was the "Carlton City Hotel Singapore," located near Tanjong Pagar MRT station, which is convenient for getting to Marina Bay and the airport. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you can find Lau Pa Sat and Chinatown. A 15-minute walk will take you to the old market. - 👍 The whole of Singapore was happy for Taylor Swift and her fans. Many people I met on the streets were there specifically for the concert. Even hotels that weren't part of the package deal had special concert service guides. If they saw you, they would say 'Taylor Swift!' to you. Marina Bay Sands also set up many Taylor Swift and concert-themed photo spots, making the whole experience in Singapore very touching. - 🎤 When leaving the concert, the surrounding area had set up spots for late-night snacks, an encore area, and even the diversion into the MRT station had a DJ and girls to hype up the crowd, ensuring everyone went home happy and not lonely. It was my first time experiencing such a post-concert atmosphere~ - 📍About National Stadium 🚇 MRT: Stadium station is right outside the venue, about 20-30 minutes from the city center 💁🏻‍♀️ Services: There are many restrooms inside the venue, and you can go after entering with your ticket, no need to queue 🍔 Food: Each level of the venue has several food vendors, offering beer, hot dogs, pizza, burgers, snacks, drinks, and water, with prices being moderately high, depending on personal needs 📶 Signal: There really isn't much signal inside the venue, and if we're talking about strength, well, Apple phones can only send text messages ⚠️ Other: 1️⃣ Umbrellas are not allowed in the Stadium, so it's best to bring a raincoat in case of rain 2️⃣ It might get hot inside during summer, so it's recommended to bring a fan or a small electric fan 3️⃣ You cannot bring water into the venue!!

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to (5star hotels) The room and the company I had was wonderful and has truly exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay here in the future when I have my own kids and family. Raffles Shopping Center is right across the hotel, where there is a wealth of food and brand-name goods. The Merlion Park is a fifteen-minute walk away, and the Praise Square is also nearby. The hotel has more than 900 elegantly designed spacious rooms, which show the modern charm of Singapore in every detail. The rooms are fully equipped with life support, including kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, etc. It is also equipped with an executive club lounge, 3 restaurants, a cafe, a bar, a gym, a swimming pool, and 13 superior event banquet halls.

The Carlton City hotel has got to be the best value hotel in Singapore for business and leisure travellers! It boasts a sizeable room of 30+ sqm and you get a decent sized bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. The bed is comfortable. Also, the hotel is situated in the heart of Tanjong Pagar where it is close to the MRT and food street where you can find Korean BBQs, ice cream, good local food and lots more!
