Set back - Just that if you’re driving, the space for your car will be a big hustle. The parking management system is so bad. I mean really really bad. Have to be improve on that.

Trip to KL for 6days, we love everything about this new, modern and stylish hotel. Smooth check in process. We booked the Studio Deluxe King and the room is lovely. Comfortable bed, nice shower room and neat panty that provided in the room. Including breakfast. Their pool was nice, they also got a dobby and not to forget their huge and amazing gym room. Good stay with great location. Its worth every penny to spend at this property. In that area, there are restaurants selling since the morning. It is easy to find food or order Grab to deliver, there are quite a few shops. You can walk to Pavilion shopping mall. It takes only about 10 minutes. ✨We traveled from the airport by Grab and parked in front of the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, there were staff to welcome us and help us carry our bags. ✨The hotel's check-in lobby is on the 40th floor. The lobby is decorated very cutely. It has a high ceiling and glass all around, making the city view very beautiful. The actual check-in time is 3 pm, but since there were rooms available, the hotel let us check in early. But if anyone comes and can't check in yet, you can leave your bags and go sightseeing first. ✨We booked a Studio Deluxe Twin room, 30 square meters, with a city view. The room is simply decorated and looks comfortable, but the facilities are quite complete. There is a TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, wardrobe, sofa. Most importantly, the bed is very soft and comfortable. ✨The bathroom is a shower box, quite wide, and the amenity kits are complete. There is a large mirror, a small mirror for decorating the bathroom, a hair dryer. The toilet does not have a bidet. ✨I personally like this hotel a lot. The staff are very attentive and have a high service mind. The location is good, convenient to travel, good view, complete facilities, new room, and very comfortable bed. Most importantly, it is very good value for money. Second time at this location. Been recommending this place to friends and family. Location is great, very close to popular places in KL yet without the hellish traffic of Pavilion. Rooms are well equipped with a microwave and a small kitchenette. There’s a 7E and Speedmart 99 nearby which settles ALL your travelling needs such as snacks, toiletries and other miscellaneous items. Very satisfied with the staff as they are very attentive, conscientious and helpful. Even their security helps with baggage and opening doors. This is a 7-minute walk from the nearest Metro station. Close to the vast and posh Pavilion Mall. It has quiet room. Very efficient and QUIET air-conditioning. And super nice view. The toilet has a built-in bidet controller which works super smart. The pool has a view of the city’s most luxurious shopping mall. The gym is soooo big and well-equipped. 24 hours in service. Loved my stay here. Rooms are nice and clean, pool is great and I made use of the washer/dryer that you can use with the purchase of tokens at reception. The breakfast is also simple but good. For the price you pay for a room, I would have expected drinkable water to be provided in the rooms. A minor improvement to make the stay more enjoyable. #kualalumpurhotels We (Family of 4 adults and 1 toddler) visited Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang in Dec 2023 and had a wonderful stay. We booked a Studio Premier which is just perfect for a couple with kids, very spacious and has all amenities and furniture needed. It has a small kitchenette with microwave ideal for small preparation and quick meals. The Studio Premier grants you access to the 'Pow Wow' lounge on the top floor ideal for quiet and private breakfast in the morning as well as snacks and drinks in the evening. Staff were very helpful all the way and the security personnel at the entrace always greet you and help with luggage and prams etc. Great stay in the heart of KL, easy to access many attractions. Room was wonderful with great views, staff so friendly and the reception and restaurant on Level 40 and 41 was a bonus. All in all I would definitely return in my next visit. Hotel is very close to the busy area of Bukit Bintang which we could access by walking, several 'shortcuts' available and the walk is enjoyable except when it's raining. Overall it was a fantastic experience with great food and service.

And the interior was spacious, so it was spacious enough to fit two 29-inch and 24-inch suitcases :) The bathroom only has a shower booth, but it was spacious and nice! A shower filter is a must! The TRX mall right in front is also super pretty! #kualalumpurhotels I just stayed in this place for 3 nights and loved it! The staff were very welcoming, attentive and polite. Going to breakfast was fun in itself because the friendly staff would light up my day early in the morning (as I was still lagging behind 😅). Their service was perfect including reception (Fairuz and Anna). The room was completely clean and the towels were very fresh. The pool was amazing with views outside of this world especially after dark 🤩 It’s the first time I’ve ever chosen serviced apartments as a type of accommodation and it turns out to be an ideal choice for me – you can get more amenities compared to a regular hotel room, but with the convenience of breakfast (if I choose it as an option for an additional fee). It was quite a coincidence that I discovered this series (Capri by Fraser), but I can definitely recommend it and will stay with them soon in another country. I don’t really know where some bad reviews come from. I just wanted to share my experience – which I rarely do. For me this stay was great and worth every cent spent on it! 😊 I spent a weekend stay with my family and brought our pet because it is a pet-friendly hotel. We called in advance to clarify the rules and there is a pet handling fee of RM180+ per night per pet, and they explained that it is for cleaning and “Samak” after check-out. We love the hotel, it’s strategically located in Gallan Impe and within walking distance of the newly opened Pavilion and TRX. Parking is RM18 per day for multiple entry – still reasonable as it is a Buket Bintang area and a mechanical parking lot. We note that there is an open parking lot across the hotel at the RM10 but it is rather dangerous to cross the road. We stayed in a one-bedroom executive - spacious and comfortable. Our pet enjoyed the sunbathing The service is good, the breakfast area can be crowded when you are busy, and the “busy” and “calm” timing display helps a lot. Overall, it was a nice stay for the weekend. I will definitely be back again

Rooms still looked new with Capri at Bukit Bintang having opened their doors in 2021. Capri is conveniently located within walking distance to Lot 10, Fahrenheit and Pavillion. You are spoilt for choice for places to eat in these malls and there's also in-room dining at the hotel if you decide to stay in on one night as we did (last pic). Food was good too. The Den, their dining room opens from 0630 to late evening. We went up to reception at L40 and were warmly welcomed. I really liked the view and the decor. I had asked for the room to be decorated for my sister's birthday when booking and they kindly did so :) L40 also had a pool table and seating area for the restaurant. 40M is where breakfast is had. Bed and pillows were comfy, shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispensers in room smelled great, weak hairdryer but got the job done, toilet with bidet and other amenities like toothbrush, lotion and sewing kit also available. I loved having the kitchenette with microwave to heat up leftovers or takeaways. We did not opt for breakfast so can't speak on the quality. We found a wonderful cafe (Wizards at Tribeca) just opposite the hotel and had brunch there daily. Great food and great service. I especially enjoyed the gym. Small but clean and well equipped, all Technogym equipment. The treadmill is one of the latest ones with touchscreen and programmes. The saltwater pool was so inviting but we didn't have a dip this time. Food can also be ordered to delivered poolside. We managed to get a complimentary late checkout to 1pm. Highly recommend Capri for a short city getaway :)

Hence, I enjoyed tremendously at Capri by Fraser at Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur because: 🤩 - it made me go "Wow!" from the beginning as check-in/Reception was at Level 40 with stunning view of KL city 🛌 - room very clean with crisp white sheets with Fraser's standard aesthetically-pleasing "frame design" ☕️🧀 - very spacious; my Studio Deluxe was just 30m² but clever design fitted in the handy kitchenette, almost walk-in wardrobe, large shower stall, yet still with plenty of free space. Hotel lokasi betul-betul dekat bukit bintang bersebelahan Ritz Carlton hotel.Bila tiba ada disediakan parking secara bertingkat kemudian ke lobby level 40. Channel TV dia tak larat nak kira banyaknya macam saya kongsi dalam video . Boleh order menu jenis bantal juga ada 6 jenis tanpa bayaran.Fuh ingat menu makan sahaja dan dalam bilik cukup lengkap semua. Restoran level 40 M dan nak ke pool ,sauna juga gym dan lain level 42.Juga ada bilik main game lagi dan gym dia cukup luas dan view wow sangat. Pool infinity dan juga ada untuk kanak-kanak. Nak ke level mana mana kena swipe kad bilik. Sarapan banyak pilihan dan sedap juga sambil layan view kotaraya. InshaAllah nak repeat lagi ke sini
