Korean Gourmet Tour.
This is a record of my trip to Korea in October.
Since it was a 4-day, 3-night trip, I was able to leisurely explore Seoul.
I prepared for the cold weather, but it was actually very warm and comfortable.
cafe onion
Since it was a weekday, the wait time wasn't too long.
The bread was large, so I shared it with a friend.
Sinseon Seolleongtang
I visited first thing in the morning, but there was a wait despite the early hour.
Most of the customers seemed to be Japanese.
Converse Myeongdong was as unwelcoming as ever.
Lotte World was more friendly, with a wide variety of customization options.
cafe layered
It's cute, but since it's buttercream, those who don't like it might want to avoid it.
Nundong Minari
The top recommendation of this trip.
The yukhoe was exceptionally delicious, and unlike Japanese parsley, it was soft and easy to eat. There was also plenty of rice underneath, making it a very satisfying meal.
I went right after it opened, so there was no wait, but a long line formed afterward, so I recommend going early.
Every place was not only visually appealing but also very stylish and delicious. Even though I was full, I still wanted to eat... what should I do... a happy dilemma 🤤
Unlike Japan, the bread sizes are larger, so be careful.
