Perfect Choice: Anita's Rubens Hotel in Milan
During my last trip to Italy, I chose to stay at Anita's Rubens Hotel in Milan, and it turned out to be an absolutely fantastic decision. 🍝 Located at Via Pietro Paolo Rubens 21, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Gambara Metro Station, where you can take the red line straight to Milan's city center. Not only is the location convenient for transportation, but the area is also quiet, making it ideal for sightseers. 🚇
The hotel's location is simply unbeatable—just a few minutes' walk to the metro saves so much travel time, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby, like Primè and Glory Pop. After enjoying a delicious meal, you can head straight back to the hotel with ease. 🕒 The hotel itself has a modern design with well-equipped facilities. The front desk service is exceptionally warm and attentive—staff always greet you with a smile and promptly address any requests, making the experience truly outstanding! 🏢
The rooms, while not overly spacious, are cozy and thoughtfully laid out, with soft, comfortable beds that ensure a great night's sleep. The amenities are complete, though the only downside might be the lack of air conditioning. Fortunately, Milan's evenings are pleasantly cool. Housekeeping does an impeccable job daily, paying great attention to detail. 🛏️ The shower is user-friendly and practical—unlike some hotels where design overshadows functionality, this one gets it right.
Nearby attractions like the Milan Cathedral and Piazza del Duomo are within easy walking distance, perfect for explorers like me! If you have extra time, don’t miss visiting Sforza Castle for some great photos. 📸 Every day here is filled with delightful discoveries. The local bars and street food also add a special charm to the trip.
That said, the hotel isn’t without its flaws. Soundproofing could be better, as street noise might disturb light sleepers (earplugs could help). The breakfast, while decent, isn’t exceptional, though the cheese and croissants are quite good. 🥐 Overall, this remains an excellent accommodation choice in Milan. The service has left such a positive impression that I already miss it—big thanks to the entire hotel team for their warm hospitality. I’d love to stay here again on my next visit to Milan. 🌟
