It is said that it was originally a facility installed to operate an undersea optical cable communication network between Korea and Japan. A large reinforced concrete structure with an area of ​​900 pyeong, about half the size of a soccer field, was built inside the mountain and covered with dirt and trees to camouflage it to look like a mountainside, and it was an area where soldiers stood guard and controlled access, but it has now been transformed into an exhibition hall. It is a single-story building with a width of 100m, a length of 50m, a height of 10m, and an internal height of 5.5m.
