Bukittinggi Highlands has a cool climate. There are two villages on the mountain, one named French Village and the other named Japanese Village. Among them, the buildings of the French Village adopt the French style of the 16th century. In the center is an ancient Roman-style fountain. The cobblestone-paved street is lined with European-style houses in warm colors. The French restaurants are worth a visit. The Japanese Village is not far from the French Village. The design and construction of the landscape here are all done by Japanese surveyors and workers. Authentic Japanese elements can be found here. There are Japanese gardens, Japanese tea houses, tatami spas, t Tammi suites, boutique houses, botanical gardens and Japanese restaurants. As soon as you come in, it feels like you are in Tokyo or Osaka, so you can try it.

The Chateau spa and wellness resort is located at Berjaya Hill,Bukit Tinggi,Karak,Pahang.Set in a 12th century French medieval castle,The Chateau features luxuriously furnishes room and suites.The ambiance is nice and beautiful .The check in takes time even though we reach at 4pm,room still not yet ready.They serve organic foods for breakfast.Nice swimming pool too.Highly recommended

Japanese Garden in Bukit Tinggi is a botanical garden.Didn’t really feel like Japanese Garden but the environment is nature and beautiful.The entrance is free.You may come to experience kimono wear and is good for take photo in the garden.Nice place to relax,but it feel not well maintan.Overall still is good place to explore

A beautiful french village in Bukit Tinggi know as Colmar Tropicale with colourful castles, street performances and cool weather makes you feel like you are in Europe. Also, you may check out the Japanese Village. You can take the free shuttle provided by the resort or drive yourselves here. The Japanese garden comprises of a tea house, botanical gardens, koi ponds and rock pools for visitors to explore. 💞Reasons to Recommend: The view was worth it, the weather was so fresh, however the meals quite expensive. Nothing much to do here but we did visit Japanese villages it was so refreshing. #awesomepic #vianasjourney Visiting this French themed village (there’s also a resort in the area) really give fancy, calming vibes compare when you are in big crowded city like Kuala Lumpur. It felt like you are outside of the country. Weather is colder and chilly, architecture is beautiful with colourful paints, there’s plenty of spots for you to make an instagram worthy pictures. Restaurants, cafes, and games are available in the area as well. Rm5 per entrance fee (accept card only) per person will be collected at entrance gate.

#hotelreview It was my very first visit to Colmar Tropicale, Bukit Tinggi. It was not very cold but the weather was just fine. The hotel concept is based on French village and I loved the exterior of the hotel. Although the hotel was a bit run down, i did enjoy the feeling staying up on the hill with a bit of European theme. Room was big and spacious. a verandah overlooking other themed hotel was nice, shower with a bath tub and most importantly, there was a Starbucks at the lobby.

Amazing view & delicious foods in Bukit Tinggi!

It is always a wonderful time while heading to Genting Highland, Before reaching the highland, always will swing by to this restaurant named Fantasy Valley Restaurant (挑源谷饭店) located at Bukit Tinggi. The restaurant is located at the valley with a clear river stream surrounding the natural greenery forest. You can enjoy the nature view and the same time having the meal over here. It is not to mention they serve delicious foods and the price is considered fair. It is always a great place for choice of lunch and dinner whenever you are heading or leaving Genting Highland. #bukittinggi #gentinghighland

Hey guys, I went to French Town located in Bukit Tinggi on 2017. They sell many foods that's from Europe countries not just from France. All the buildings here design like in Europe. so you might fill like you're in Europe. Tbh, it's a bit hard to find this location even using google maps on that time. No street mark also. So if until now they still not upgrade it, I think there'll be not much tourist know this beautiful place.
