Well maintained and big park which is good for family outing and jogging.

Last week my husband discovered a beautiful park near to our home which is located at Bukit Jalil and can’t wait to show me. So on that Sunday, we went for a walk around the park and i was really amazed that the park is so tidy and modern! The park is located right next to new Pavilion Bukit Jalil and although it is a sunny day most of the areas are shaded with the trees and we don’t feel hot while walking around. This is not a pet-friendly park but we are still able to look at the wild monkeys, fishes and turtles in the pond, many families came here to spend the weekend and I can tell why, it really is a great place for a weekend walk! In the distance is a small lake. The surface of the lake is as calm as a mirror, reflecting the blue and cloudless sky. Walking slowly on the wooden boardwalk by the lake, the breeze blows and the fresh scent of grass hits your nostrils. Occasionally, you can see a few waterfowl playing and foraging on the shore, which together with the large palm trees on the shore form a natural tropical style painting. Walking on the trails in the park, passing through various tropical trees and jungles, the air is filled with the fresh smell of green grass. From time to time on both sides of the trail, there are a few dexterous tropical rainforest animals scurrying out from the trees, their lively and cute appearance is so cute that you can't put it down.

Been jogging here for many years and found out the park was built for the 1998 Commonwealth games! Now it has garnered alot of residences around to come and exercise. It is usually packed in the mornings like 7:30am to 9am, and people start to come back in around 5pm-630pm. It is well maintained, and there are alot of things to see.
