Hidden Corners of Hong Kong: A City Less Seen
Day 1:
- Take a rapid train from Shenzhen to Hongkong.
- Stroll along Aberdeen Street for a cup of coffee.
- Arrive an hour before sunset to catch a glimpse of sunset between the buildings of Kennedy Town.
- Head to Belcher Bay Promenade for sunset.
- Have dinner at Kennedy Town
- Take the mid central escalator / tram up the Victoria Peak
Day 2:
- Ride MTR to Tung Chung
- Take a bus / cable car to Ngong Ping
- Visit Big Buddha - Po Lin Monastery - Ngong Ping Village
- Take a bus to Tai O
(Must eat: huge curry fishball / squid ball, charcoal grilled bubble waffle, taufufah, sesame paste, mochi)
Day 3:
- Hike up the Lion Rock Hill
- Visit Wong Tai Sin Temple - Kowloon Wall Temple Park
- Have lunch at 芳容记饭店 (can try their satay lunch menu)
- Explore Victoria Park and Causeway Bay
- Head to Quarry Bay and take a shot of the scene from Transformers.
- Hike Braemar Hill or Red Incense Burner Summit for amazing sunset / night panoramic view.
- Take a ferry from Wanchai Public Pier to Tsim Sha Tsui
