This is an interesting place with its varieties in European breads and pastries. It doesn't feel like. bakery in australia. And things are fresh because they have the bakery within the shop. The ice latte is good, it has a good espresso base in the latte, although it seems too expensive for a small cup of ice latte for 14 australia dollars. The Sencha tea is really good, I can taste the umami. Plenty sitting place but it can be really crowded and loud. It's a good place for hang out but not for work or study. #australiatrip I love everything about this place. The food is always delicious, the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is awesome! We had a small group for lunch, and the staff happily celebrated a birthday with us by singing and clapping. The current circus theme set up is really great. So much to look at and experience. We tried a couple of the house cakes, lemon cake and plum slice. Both of these were really well made, not too sweet and delicious. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked, sitting atop fresh smoked salmon and a crisp piece of toast. The hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy, with a hint of lemon and fresh dill, making each bite an exquisite combination of flavors. The capers added a nice tangy touch, balancing the dish beautifully. Parking can be tricky there, but the Dan Murphy’s is just over the road and there are plenty of parking spaces there. #australiatrip #cafes #deliciousfood

Every time there is a new theme at the grounds of Alexandria. The Philly cheese steak with baguette is one of my favourites. But the breakfast options are all good. Booking in advance is highly recommended as they are very busy. Even though, I had made a booking in advance but when I got there I still needed to wait for another 30 minutes. However, the place was very pretty and spacious, you can walk around the venue, buy other snacks like candies, donuts, juices, souvenirs, etc. The decorations can be changed from time to time as when I was there, the theme was Circus. Brunch menu here has a lot of options and delicious, please bare with them if the wait time can be a bit long but worth the wait. #australiatrip #themecafes
