After climbing to the top of the tea hill, enjoy a green tea drink or ice cream at the on-site cafe-restaurant. The vast green tea plantations are magnificent and, for me, a must-see when traveling to Korea. This location, which is very photogenic, is often used in Korean movies and TV series. You can climb to the top of the plantation, which offers a truly amazing view. After this sunny hike, head back into the forest, where you will see a small waterfall and a stream. There are some Korean squirrels, which are striped and smaller than their European counterparts, in the surrounding area. Back under the tea fields, take a break for a sweet or savory treat at the plantation restaurant, where all dishes are made with green tea. Then you can go to the museum next door where you will learn all about Korean tea, how it is produced and its history. Then you can go explore Yulpo Beach.
