My first time in Laos was overland from Thailand. My favorite city in Laos is Vientiane! A city in the middle of the countryside with nature and tourists. I rented a motorbike and went to the Blue Lagoon and mountain climbing. There were motorbikes and airplanes at the top of the mountain, and many foreigners at the photo spot! There were a lot of Westerners. There are 1 to 3 Blue Lagoons, so you can go to them according to your preference, or you can go to all of them! There is a fee to use the mountain and the lagoon, but it's only about 200 yen! It's very cost-effective. Also, I was surprised to see so many Koreans, because there was Korean everywhere! I enjoyed reading Korean, too. The food was super cheap and delicious! It suits Japanese people. The sandwiches are about 200 yen each, full of ingredients, and sold everywhere. I ate them every day. The grilled meat was delicious, and the smoothies were cheap and delicious. It's sure to be a trip that will make you forget about the weak yen! When renting a motorbike, you need to leave your passport, but they will keep it safe and return it to you when you return the motorbike, so don't worry. 📍Location: Laos

Blue Lagoon is another recommended place for everyone to visit when you arrive in Vang Vieng. There are many Blue Lagoons here, but we chose the second one and it was as expected. It is very beautiful. The entrance fee is 20,000 kip (40 baht). When you enter, there will be many seating areas for you to choose from, such as pavilions and sunbathing areas. The center area is a beautiful blue natural pool. The highlight is the jumping point. Test your courage here. There is also a slide on the side for us to play. Blue lagoon has 3 ponds, divided into Blue lagoon 1, 2 and 3, arranged according to the distance from Vang Vieng city. Highlights Blue lagoon 1 is close, there are many people, there are many activities. Blue lagoon 2 is in the middle, you will pass the red bridge that is a curtain of beautiful rocky mountains, but the way to go may be a bit tough. The area is stunning, surrounded by nature, and is the perfect spot for swimming and having fun. There’s also a small restaurant where you can enjoy lunch or snacks, making it easy to spend the day without needing to leave. If you’re visiting Vang Vieng, I highly recommend Blue Lagoon 3. This was my first time traveling to Laos. I took a plane to Luang Prabang and then took the Laos-China high-speed rail to Vang Vieng. I rented a motorbike and drove to Blue Lagoon 3. I went to many places. I liked Blue Lagoon the most. There are caves to walk through and views of the mountains. But I went when the rice was harvested and there was no green rice to see. It was such a shame. When I got back to my accommodation, I went rafting on the Song River. It was so great. I really loved Sang Vieng. #TravelingAbroad
