There aren’t many coffee shops that open early in Kobe🤔 Blue Bottle behind Daimaru Department Store is a good choice🏢 I came here in the morning and encountered beautiful morning light☀️ The space at the top of the building is decorated with a simple style of cement floor, white walls, and wooden benches😍 The coffee bar adopts the island design🧐 You can see the barista brewing coffee at every location👀 The limited-time orange choco pound cake is delicious🍰 The single-origin bean latte is rich in berry aroma☕️😌 #japantrip#cafe

#japantrip I came to Japan to travel again after a month 🇯🇵 And they are all in Kansai and start from Kobe🛬 There are actually two Blue Bottle stores in Kobe😮 The one I went to last month was actually not the one I bookmarked 😅 The restaurant I want to go to is not marked on Google Map lol📍 Anyway, the next visit to Kobe coffee tour starts from here🚶🏻♂️ A coffee shop in the basement of Hankyu Department Store🏢 The five white canopies facing the path are very eye-catching🏠 The store has cement floors and walls with wooden tables and chairs🪑 The fabric sofa is mainly blue, echoing the brand color of Blue Bottle Coffee🛋️ The spacious space is like a lounge in a department store👀 I tried the avocado basil leaf tomato cheese toast which is only available in this store🥪 The unique aroma of perilla leaves is very refreshing 😌 Coffee uses Columbia single origin beans🫘 I didn't order oat milk but it smells like oatmeal☕️ The breakfast set also comes with a small bowl of rich tomato soup🍅🥣 Very suitable for the warm and cold morning 😬 #foodie #food

Coffee’s better, interior is newer, cleaner & cooler (designed by an architect). The interior takes a minimalist approach with white and natural wood tones, the staff are highly professional, stylish, and very friendly. The coffee is quite delightful too. During the holiday season I do recommend trying the Holiday Blend, but both the drip options and espresso options are quite delightful. They also offer a small assortment of baked goods, which are of a similarly high caliber as the coffee. The staff are friendly, & when I had wifi trouble, they made an extra effort to help me. #japantrip #coffeelovers #kobe
