✨Lake Biwa Ski Resort 📍 Lake Biwa VALLEY, Kido 1547-1, Otsu, Shiga Prefecture This trip took a day to come to Kyoto for skiing. Lake Biwa Valley Ski Resort is known as "the most popular scenic spot in the Keihanshin area". 🥹 It took about 1 and a half hours to drive to Lake Biwa from the Osaka hotel, the day we walked the wrong way as usual plus less traffic jam took 2 hours to get there 🤣. When I arrived at the ski resort at about 11, I saw a lot of cars parked there😳. The parking lot is built along the hill. The place is very large. Don't worry about running out of space. Half-day tickets go on sale after 11:30, adult snowboarding group ¥4600 + snowsuit set ¥4100, another holiday cable car package ¥5300/person. ➡️Choose different packages as needed, such as a set that includes eye mask and gloves ¥11,700, or if you do not need to take the ski resort cable car can only buy the mountain cable car ticket ¥3500. (Detailed prices can be found on the official website) The Lake Biwa Valley Mountain Cable Car is even more famous. It is the fastest cable car in Japan, with a 360° glass carriage and endless scenery on the mountain.
