#cebutrip These spectacular waterfalls are not hard to access, with a fairly easy walk to the base of the main waterfall. The water is crystal clear. The height of the falls seems a bit hard to pin down, but my guide told me they are 80 feet tall, and he's a long time local expert with a clear passion for these falls. Guides do not get paid, and only earn from tips, so make sure you're generous - they deserve it. My guide demonstrated jumping from an insane height, into the water that's only about 2 metres deep. There are ledges and caves at various heights, but let your guide show how it's done first. Bend your knees and jump feet first. You can also swim into the base of the falls for a pretty intense water massage! The water is quite refreshing and is a great spot for a swim. In my opinion this is one of the best waterfalls in the area, and not to be missed.

The Best Waterfalls to Visit in Cebu, Philippines
If you're planning your trip to Cebu, you can't miss its wild and refreshing side: its waterfalls! Surrounded by tropical jungle, turquoise waters, and adventure, here are some of the best ones that should definitely be on your itinerary:
🔹 Kawasan Falls (Badian)
The most famous of them all, and for good reason. Perfect for swimming, canyoneering, or simply relaxing in its electric blue pools. A must-see!
🔹 Dao Falls (Samboan)
Less known but absolutely magical. The journey to the waterfall is part of the experience, walking through narrow canyons and dense vegetation. A movie-like landscape.
🔹 Tumalog Falls (Oslob)
Ideal to combine with whale shark watching. This waterfall cascades like a veil over a mossy wall, creating an almost mystical atmosphere.
🔹 Aguinid Falls (Samboan)
For the adventurers! Here, you don't just see the waterfall—you climb it. There are several levels with ropes and the support of local guides. Guaranteed fun.
🔹 Inambakan Falls (Ginatilan)
A hidden gem with multiple levels and natural pools. Less tourism, more nature—perfect if you're seeking tranquility.

Take a chill break in cold waters and test your courage at Dao & Binalayan waterfalls
In the south of Cebu you cannot only find hidden gems at the coastline, but also beautiful waterfalls which invite you with fresh cold water or test you braveness by jumping from the surrounding rocks.
For a chill time you may can start to visit Dao Falls. The area is less developed as a tourist spot so you have to walk a little through the river and climb up stairs. But you will be rewarded with a beautiful hidden waterfall.
After spending your time go on to Binalayan falls which have plenty of stairs to jump from into the water. Up to 11 meters will test your bravery. After a good refreshing time you can enjoy some snacks at the entry. Don’t forget to tip your local guides, the salary is relatively low#cebutrip #Samboan #waterfalls #philippines
