We had the pleasure of stopping by Bhaktapur Durbar Square and wandering through this beautiful historical district.
These buildings and temples have been so well preserved; it’s an incredible feat, and a testament to the locals’ appreciation of their royal roots here. It truly feels as if you’re walking amongst them in the time period they were occupied by royalty, which was around 14th century!
A lot of appreciation and respect towards the government and locals who value these structures so much, and take pride in their ancestors work to such an extent. #bhaktapur #Nepal #architecture

Nepals Pottery Square
is located on the south side of Bad Dumbard Square and is one of its important components. The square has a thousand years of history, hand-made ceramics since ancient times, adhering to traditional crafts.
In a remote alley in the square, there is a kiln still in use today. These clay pots used to be used for sacrifices in the past, but they are now commonly used in people's lives. It is reported that most of the pottery tanks in Nepal originate from this.
When everyone wanders around Bad Dumbard Square, you may wish to come here to see you.

When I arrived at the Durbar Square, I was deeply impressed by the unique beauty that reflects the history and culture of Nepal. The ancient buildings and ornate temples were a charming and astonishing sight. The area has traditional architectural designs and delicate details that reflect traditional Nepalese architecture.
I visited various temples and historical buildings in the square, and learned about their stories and significance. Among the famous places I visited in Bhaktapur Durbar Square was the renowned Nyatapola Temple, considered one of the tallest temples in Nepal.
While traveling around the square, I also met local artisans working to preserve the ancient Nepalese craft traditions. I saw them making pottery, textiles, and other handicrafts, and it was an impressive experience to see the intricate traditional craft skills.
I can't forget the atmosphere of the place; it was quiet and comfortable. The square is home to many traditional cafes and restaurants that serve delicious Nepalese food. I enjoyed a delightful local culinary experience and the splendid view of the square.

Nepal Travel: The Most Photogenic Spots in Bhaktapur City
During a trip to Nepal, take a stroll in Bhaktapur, one of the three ancient cities of Kathmandu. This is the most complex and magnificent place for traditional Newari architecture, and also the best spot for taking photos.
Make good use of different focal lengths on your phone to take great photos 📷.

Boudhanath is indeed my favorite place in Kathmandu right now, it's so picturesque.
🌟Highlight features:
Bhaktapur is the birthplace of medieval architecture and art in Nepal. Brick red is the main color of the ancient city of Bhaktapur, with simple red bricks, finely crafted dark chestnut wood carvings, and dense temples and brick and stone pagodas forming Bhaktapur's unique architectural style.
As a former capital, Badagang has a considerable number of ancient buildings, mainly concentrated in the three major squares in the center of the old city: Duba Square, Taomadi Square, and Taqupa Square.
✅Duba Square
Durbar Square is the largest square in Bhaktapur, surrounded by various ancient temples and old buildings. Here stands the palace of the Malla dynasty, which lasted for 500 years, including many palaces, courtyards, temples, statues, etc., each with its own artistic characteristics, known as the "essence and treasure of medieval Nepalese art". The Golden Gate and the 55 Window Palace are renowned for their exquisite copper casting and wood carving art, and are rare artistic treasures.
✅Tao Madi Square
Tao Madi Square is located in the southeast of Badagang City. It is the second largest square in Badagang and an important part of the thousand-year cultural and historical river of Badagang. This square has three important temples, namely the famous Niata Pola Temple, the Bairawana Temple and the Narayan Temple, all of which are must-visit places for cultural and historical tours.
✅Tajupá Plaza
Tachupa Square, also known as Dattatreya Square, is rectangular and consists of medieval temples and houses surrounded by four sides. Tachupa Square is the last of the three squares that make up the entire medieval city of Bhaktapur, and it is also the earliest central square in Bhaktapur. As early as the 16th century, the Bhaktapur Palace was located here, making it the oldest place in Bhaktapur.

Nepal Bardagumba Square
Boudhanath Square in Badaguan is wider than Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square. The north side has a large golden gate and 55 black sandalwood carved windows (known as the 55-window palace) of the old palace, which are ancient yet exquisite. Next to it is the Batsala Temple, a stone-built Hindu temple with beautiful and intricate carvings, and a large bronze bell hanging outside the temple. The Golden Gate, as the name suggests, is a magnificent golden gate that stands out among the many red buildings. The 55-window palace was built in 1700 AD, with walls made of red bricks decorated with beautiful backgrounds and carvings, and a balcony with 55 windows.
On the southeast side is the Niyata Bora Temple (also known as the Five-Story Pagoda), which stands 30 meters tall and is a landmark building on the square. You can climb its steep stairs and sit atop it to overlook the entire square.

A trip to Nepal -
a person walking in the Bardgang Durbar Square.
The figure in the lens, whether it is my deliberate pursuit, or whether they suddenly appear or pass by, make my journey rich and exciting.
Sometimes, let go of the camera and catch up with them when you smile. Whenever I hear that I am from China, they are especially enthusiastic.
Nepal, not only loves to smile, but also very simple. Even if I travel alone, I won't feel lonely.

Known as the "open-air museum", Badgau Square is a great place to enjoy the architectural art of the Mala Dynasty. One of the most famous 55-window palaces and the five-story tower of Nitabola has excellent artistic value and is a must-see for the trip to Bad Dumbard Square.
But here, there are many other temples and monuments that are so beautiful that they are everywhere and at your fingertips. Whether it's a sequence of appreciation, or a random walk, walking and walking, can't help but be surprised: no matter where you are at your feet or at the top of your hand, there is hardly a place that is not the artistic expression of the Mala Dynasty.
Danae.
Budgang Durbar Square, one of the three largest Durbar Squares in Nepal, is known as the "open-air museum", including the royal palace, temples, pagodas and statues of the Mala Dynasty. The Badgund Durbar Square is wider than the Durbar Square in Kathmandu. It looks clean and the beauty of the building is more carefully seen.
But... Facing the monuments, I cant help but climb the bear children who are taking pictures. Its really the same in the world!
Especially Nepalese children, really like to take pictures. When I saw the camera, I quickly called me, asked me to take pictures for them, didnt look good, and asked for another one!
But to be honest, when I was a child for the first time, I was sitting on a stone sculpture while I was traveling with my parents. Although I was taken up, I thought about it, I was a "bear" when I was a child.
Danae.
Compared to the pigeons of Durbar Square in Kathmandu, the compactness and divinity of the temple and the pilgrims, the Badgund Durbar Square is much wider, with more tourist hawkers and souvenir shops, but the buildings here are still beautiful, including The royal palaces, shrines, temples, pagodas, statues, etc. of the Mala Dynasty are known as the open-air museum.
The history of the Mala Dynasty is the most prosperous period of Nepalese culture. However, a major earthquake in 2015, including the Kathmandu Durbar Square and the Badgund Durbar Square, was severely damaged. The Vitru Saraduga Temple in Bad Dumbard Square was completely collapsed, Shiva The top of the temple collapsed, and the top of the temple was collapsed, but the preserved monuments still showcase the medieval architecture and art of Nepal to tourists from around the world, still attracting tourists from all over the world.
