Rating: Located between the North Pattaya terminnal 21 mall and the northern bus station, neither location is more than a 10-minute walk away. The nearby living functions are slightly worse than the central and southern parts of Pattaya. However, it compensates by offering a local shopping experience with very affordable prices at small shops.
Many Korean stores were discovered nearby, and there were many Koreans shopping in the convenience stores. It seems that this area is probably the Korean district of Pattaya.
The hotel lobby is not large, and they will actively help with luggage, of course, tips are expected. Besides the reception desk, there is a bar area and a waiting area for guests. There is a mini outdoor barbecue at the entrance. The price is more favorable than general hotels, presumably to compensate for the lack of facilities.
The swimming pool is not large and can be used as a paddling pool; it's still suitable for a bubble water bath and sunbathing. Next to it is the breakfast area. The breakfast is a buffet with a limited selection of dishes, including a live cooking station.
The hotel has seven floors in total. It is recommended to stay in a room on the 7th floor, like room 726. The room is not big. To the left of the entrance, there is a specially planned luggage area that can only accommodate one large piece of luggage. The door is equipped with a safety lock. To the right is the toilet with a separate dry and wet bathroom. The toilet comes with a bidet hose. The washbasin is small with two mirrors. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided automatically; you need to ask the reception desk for them.
There is no bathtub, but the shower area is spacious. Hot water comes quickly, and the water pressure is strong. Shampoo and shower gel are provided on the wall, and they smell very nice. The bath towels are very clean. The downside is that the showerhead and some bathroom metals show signs of rust, and the hairdryer can be moved independently but has a very small airflow and is not hot.
The TV can access YouTube and local channels, but it is very old. The response is slow, and the picture quality only supports up to 720p, with frequent buffering on internet TV.
Below the TV, there is a small business area that can be used for eating late-night snacks or placing items. The minibar includes two bottles of complimentary mineral water, glass cups, instant coffee packets, and tea bags. The kettle is clean without any limescale residue. It was used to make instant noodles once without any strange taste.
The fridge is very small and does not contain any paid drinks, which is nice.
Inside the wardrobe, there is a safe that is wiped quite clean without any dust.
The bed is made up of two single beds combined. The mattresses are well-maintained. They are firm and not very soft. The advantage of this type of bed is that turning over does not affect the person sleeping next to you. However, there is a depression in the middle due to the single beds being combined. There are power outlets on both sides of the bed for charging. There is a single sofa and a small coffee table next to the floor-to-ceiling window, which is very suitable for taking pictures. However, since it's a city view room, there isn't much of a view. Taking pictures of the indoor light is still possible.
In short, for a four-star hotel at 1300 Thai Baht per night, this is considered above average.
