❤️I recently had the pleasure of spending time together with family members for Iftar at a 5-star hotel with a Moroccan and Middle Eastern vibe. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was transported to another world with its ornate decor, intricate mosaics, and plush furnishings. ❤️The dining area are really impressive, with a warm and inviting atmosphere and a menu filled with Middle Eastern and Moroccan cuisine. I decided to try the lamb tagine, which was served with a side of couscous and a fresh mint yogurt sauce. The lamb was tender and flavorful, and the couscous was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I also tried the falafel, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the hummus, which was creamy and rich. Very impressive place..good amenities and staff very friendly..price very reasonable for 5 star hotel..very recommended to all to stay this hotel..very attractive for tourist especially children because have big pool inside hotel and their Morrocan style..have a variety food for breakfast suitable for children and adult..will repeat at the next time vacation..

Best place to spend with your family and kids. Very nice architecture of the design of the hotel. The pool very suitable to both adult and kids. The kids pool size are large. The kids playroom also are open till night, and your kids can enjoy play in there. Just tap your hotel card to enter the room and also other facilities. Breakfast have lot of foods to enjoy. The hotel is good and worth it. Very recommended.

From the outside, the hotel looks outdated. However, once you reach the lobby, you realize that the hotel has been refurbished. The interior is stunning, and although you may hear some knocking and sawing, it is easily ignored amidst the hotel's serene ambiance, poolside, and breathtaking beach views. I give 5 stars to the staff for their courteous and attentive service. Guests are well taken care of. The room is spacious, spotless, and offers a magnificent ocean view. The king-size bed is exceptionally large, and I love the toiletries in the bathroom. As for the buffet breakfast, come early, preferably before 9:00 AM, to avoid a long queue. The food was okay.

Took a short break to Penang very sunny weather and nice weather can take grab anywhere and is cheap. Convenient and easy to go around. Waterpark is big and fun too and hotel is really nice

The rooms are equipped with lots of nice amenities such as tea & coffee, free minibar, flat screen televisions and fluffy bathrobes and slippers. I have stayed at Bertam Resort for 3 days 2 nights. This hotel was so cosy and the view around amazed me. Every inch of the hotel is so insta worthy like im at Timur Tengah. The staffs also so friendly and helpful. The bertam waterpark is near this hotel, you can walk to the waterpark. Every Saturday night the waterpark open until 10.00 pm. Definitely will stay again in this hotel. #Bertamresort

Never thought it would be so crowded when we arrived. But all the staff were friendly and helpful. We got a room with no view. Its a sad thing but it is ok. Because we thought we would get a room facing the waterpark. But thank god we didn’t. This because we arrived on saturday and on the day the waterpark open until day night! And its quite loud and relieved, we far from it. Nice food also! Got kids room for kids after or before swimming. Games room which inside the room u can play snooker and pool. And the swimming pools. Never thought they provide kids pool so big as adult! Btw, it is really nice trip! For night activities, we not much explore.

We had an amazing and enjoyable time at Bertam Resort. The pool was huge and fun. The decorations are out of this world, they nailed it with the Moroccan theme. There was a variety of food to choose from for breakfast and they’re tasty too!
