This was really one of the best fine dining meals I’ve had over the last few years. The sommelier was amazing as well, dedicating a lot of time to answer our questions. The dining service is exceptionally friendly and attentive, with each dish being uniquely crafted. The flavors tend to lean towards sweet and sour, making it highly recommended. Food quality and presentation were well thought out and each dish was created with detailed balance across the tongue. I highly recommend the pairing whether the non alcoholic pairing or the sommelier pairing which will allow you to not stay with just wines but explore other beverages that pair better with certain dishes. #australiatrip #sydney #finedining
