Beizi Temple, the Chinese name of Beizi Temple is "Chongshan Temple", located at the southern slope of Erdun Taoligai Aobao Mountain in the north of Xilinhot City. An important Tibetan Buddhist temple, it is also a must-see for tourists who come to Xilinhot. The temple was named after the local Beizi Balaji Dorji who presided over the construction of the temple, and it was built in Beiziqi. Beizi Temple is a holy place of Tibetan Buddhism. Its scale has always been known as the largest temple in the Xilin Gol League area. The water plants around Beizi Temple are fertile and the scenery is beautiful. The holy Xilin River flows slowly from south to north to the west of Beizi Temple, and now it is flanked by the bustling urban area. The Beizi Temple is not large in size and consists of the main temple, subordinate temples, family temples, pagodas and many monks' rooms. The entire building complex is divided into seven halls, namely Chaokaqin, Mingqian, Queri, Zhuduba, Ganyur, Dingkel, Eritetu, etc. In addition to these seven halls, there are more than a dozen other halls. A small hall and more than 2,000 monasteries. There is a red pagoda and five white pagodas around the whole temple, among which the red pagoda was built to suppress evil. In the more than 100 years after the temple was built, it has become the main place of worship for the surrounding Mongolian herdsmen, and the incense is very prosperous. There are a large number of murals reflecting the history and life of the Mongolian nation in the temple. There are a large number of picture sculptures, clay sculptures and Buddha statues mainly composed of Sakyamuni Buddha statues. Most of them are bronze Buddha statues, and there are many pure gold and silver Buddha statues. In addition, the many bags on Guo Aobao are very Mongolian and are worth playing together.
