'Man Tang Hong', located in the Grand Hyatt Macau, is a restaurant renowned for its authentic Northern cuisine. The ambiance inside the restaurant is also very comfortable and elegant. The Peking duck is the signature dish of 'Man Tang Hong', and there is an oven inside the restaurant to roast the duck on the spot for guests. Once the Peking duck is ordered, it is immediately roasted, and the shiny, oily duck is truly enticing.
