I'm 173 cm tall, so I can sit wide and stretch my legs comfortably. • The seats have USB-A chargers and headphones. • There's a personal TV screen in front of the seat. There are a lot of movies to watch, with Thai dubbing. The external camera is broken🤣 • There's a variety of food on this flight. This time I ordered rice, so I got chicken, just like on the way here. It was delicious. • The additional menu has bread, desserts, nuts, and fruits. Everything is delicious. • There are bathrooms in the middle and at the back of the plane. • There are soft drinks, wine, and fruit juices. • This time, the plane arrived in Beijing earlier than scheduled. About 15 minutes. When you arrive in Beijing, pick up your bags at the conveyor belt and walk from there to take a bus into the city. The connecting flight was a bit long. I had a connecting time of a little over 2 hours. I went through immigration and over the gate. They gave me about 1.30 hours. Flight CZ3035 flew a B737. • The seats were a 3-3 type. I am 173 cm tall and my knees did not hit me. They were wider than the first leg, so I felt more comfortable. • The seats had USB-A charging ports. • There was a shared TV screen, but it was not a problem for me. • The food on this flight was fried noodles. I used this service at Beijing Daxing International Airport in December 2024, so I will record it as a memorandum. 【Flights】 Haneda Beijing → Beijing Daxing 15:35 → 18:55 23 hours 45 minutes transfer Beijing Daxing → Almaty (Kazakhstan) 18:40 → 21:40 the next day *Boarding passes to Almaty already received at Haneda, both flights economy class 【Procedures after arrival at the airport】(From entry to hotel) (1) From disembarking to the arrival lobby ・Follow the signs for "exit" ・There was a fingerprint machine on the way, but I was able to pass through it without any problems, fingerprints will be taken at the time of inspection ・When you arrive at the immigration checkpoint, there is a desk to fill out the immigration card on your left. Since there were no other passengers, I was picked up in a regular vehicle (a hotel company car?) instead of a bus. The journey took 5 minutes. [Departure] - Since I had already received my boarding pass, I did not stop at the check-in counter and headed to the international departure gate. - Proceed in the order of customs and security. At Chinese airports, if you leave your mobile battery in your luggage during security, you will likely be re-inspected, so I recommend removing it from your luggage in advance. - After security, I crossed a bridge? to go to immigration. I was between security and immigration, so I was unable to take a photo, but I personally think this bridge is one of the highlights of the airport. - At immigration, the lanes for foreigners were closed, and only the lanes for "e-visas" and "Belt and Road recipients" were open. I was sure that I was not holding an e-visa, so I lined up in the "Belt and Road recipients" lane, and there was no problem with that. *The time when I passed through immigration was when there were few international flights, so there were very few open lanes at customs, security, and immigration. -During immigration, I was asked about my next destination and the purpose of entry for my next destination. -It took about 30 minutes from the international departure gate (gate in front of customs) to immigration. #wecreate This airport is architects and engineers heaven. My husband is an architect and he was awestruck at the the architectural design of this airport. Not to mention its size as well. We had an entire night in the airport and we had a good walk and roam around. We really enjoyed exploring the beauty of its architecture. TIP: Just like any airports in China, this too is huge. So allot an ample time because everywhere is too far. There is also a hotel in this aiport so I suggest that if you have an early flight the next day and your arrival time is late then just stay in the airport hotel for convenience. Getting There - taxi RMB110 Attractions - nil Hotels - nil Food & Restaurants - nil Shopping - Dao Xiang Cun, Mao Tai my first flight at BDIA, it is new and bright. The airport is very clean and well organized. There are many restaurants but likely due to Spring Festival they are not open. China Southern and many LLC have flights here. The flight boarding is quick and it is a great experience.

🛫Daxing International airport is one of the biggest airports in China and the 6th largest in the world. It’s located in Southern part of Beijing close to Langfang city, Hebei provincein which is quite far from downtown compare to Beijing Capital airport. 🛬It doesn’t have terminals but it has many floors and it’s a bit confusing. I suggest you to go at least 2 hours earlier to not rush and find your check in counter and your gate. ✈️Some gates are really far from the security check. 🍔 There are some restaurants in the airport, not too many but you will find something to eat for sure and there are Starbucks and Luckin coffee. 🚇 The airport had its own line, you will transfer from line 10 or 19 to Beijing Daxing airport line, there are only 3 stations, the last one is the airport. Flying from Hong Kong to Beijing Airport with China Southern Airlines, I booked through Trip.com for HKD $1600 for economy class, and business class was $3200! Much cheaper than Cathay Pacific's economy class! China Southern Airlines now operates from the new Beijing Daxing Airport. It takes only 5 minutes to clear customs and 20 minutes in total including baggage claim. The new Daxing Airport has a subway station at the bottom of the terminal, with a Chinese-style platform and spacious carriages with luggage space! From there, it's easy to transfer to other inner and second ring stations at Caoqiao Station! The fare is 35 RMB and it takes just 20 minutes. On the return trip, I spent so much time taking pictures of the airport. The skylight relies on natural light and simple structures, creating a great sense of space with its high ceilings! I was so busy taking photos that I almost missed my flight!

We had a transit for 24 hours and decided to visit The Great Wall🏰 All train tickets from Daxing Airport to Badaling we booked in trip.com in advance. It’s very convenient and cheaper than at the station. If you arrive to Daxing Airport and want to visit wall you need to take a train in 1B floor to West Railway Station and then transfer to Qinzhe or North Railway Station by subway. We chose North Station and take a train from there, to Badaling it’s about 30 minutes. Also we booked entrance ticket at trip too. When we go out from the station it was pretty crowded at 2pm, a lot of groups around. The only problem was to get to the entrance for those who want to walk on foot to the attraction. We asked about 5 staff and they couldn’t direct us to the point. They said that the only way to get there is by cable car. When we showed our tickets vouchers they said that they don’t know how we can get to the entrance. They just could point to another direction from cable car entrance and we wouldn’t spend extra 40 minutes to find the way🥲 Although, the views from the wall are amazing and breathtaking. We enjoyed a lot to wander around.
