[2025 Singapore Attraction] Travel Guide for Bedok Reservoir Park (Updated Apr)

#travelanywhere This is my first time coming to bedok park reservoir. You can take the train on the blue line and alight at the berok reservoir train station. You can take a ten to twenty minute walk to reach here. You can jog or walk with your friends during the evening. I went there during my lunch hours and it was very hot there. It is a very beautiful park and reservoir. One of my travel stories would be when I went to the fish market in Sydney Australia, that was the first time I have been there. Also my first time trying out lobsters and giant oysters during my overseas trip. The place was huge with many people selling fresh seafood including live abalone too. It was an eye opening for me.

I love soba noodles. What happens if the noodles are freshly made on the spot, using 100% buckwheat? Try the noodles and eat it of course! I was overjoyed when I was at reiwa soba noodle shop. It is situated at 740 Bedok Reservoir road, a stone's throw away from Bedok Reservoir Park. Reiwa Soba shop is opened by a Japanese man here in Singapore, so you can expect quality authentic soba noodles to be made but at a less costly price. You can have a cold or hot option for their soba and I was wowed by their dipping sauce. If you go for their hot soba, the soup broth was equally good. Pair your soba with some tempura and it will not go wrong. There is also lunch sushi set available, if you're not into soba. This park has 4,3 km track for runs and lots of benches for visitors to sit back and relax to enjoy the scenery. After jogging, walking or cycling around the reservoir, the best thing to do is to have a drink or dinner at the cafe, while watching the sunset. Wawawa cafe and restaurant is a perfect place to see the sunset while having your drinks or dinner. Is located at 901 Bedok Reservoir Road. Sometimes during the weekend, there are some activities in the lake like kayaking, fishing and do you know that this lake here is actually drinkable water that is make into NEWater thereafter by our very own Singapore Public Utilities Board? It is very peaceful and a nice place to take a walk after dinner as well and watch the sunset and birds flying away. The Reservoir is a converted sand quarry, the park surrounds the 88-hectare Bedok Reservoir, making it a great location for dragon boat, kayak and wakeboard. Prior to Covid, the park is popular among schools and organisations conduct regular runs at the park’s 4.3 km. If you're tired of the same old city attractions in Singapore, why not visit and dine at reservoir parks? One of the well-maintained parks in Singapore is the Bedok Reservoir Park. It's easily accessible via buses and mrt stations. The reservoir is a perfect running location especially in the mornings. Even if the sun is high up and hot, the water glistening due to the sunlight is still a sight to see. After spending some time at the reservoir, there are lots of food options around the park to tide your hunger. One recommendation I can suggest is Refuel Cafe. My sister and I loved the food here. And the location being in a residential neighbourhood with a queue just means locals love the food. Our favorite would be the the salmon and mash. Yum! Try it!

once upon a time there is a boy running at this reservior, it is great to run along the reservior at bedok. the view and the skyline is mesmerising. feel free to come here and have a job, run, family time, dog scrolling time, personal time, inner peace time, there is also a bar near by that area with great beer and you could have dinner there. overall is a nice place to be with.

You can also get to know new friends there . There will definitely be quite a number of people who will stay there to fish . Fishing requires time and patience to have the best harvest .

There is no shelter at the top of the place .You can visit there during the evening. At the lower floor, there are some activities such as the play area, where your children can spend time there and enjoy themselves there. It will definitely be a very great place to spend time with your family members and friends there.

The fitness corner is a place where you can train up your stamina and do some cardio exercises there .Be sure to visit there during the evening as the weather will be very humid during the day time. I have been there during the lunch time in the afternoon and the place is really very humid. But the place is very quiet as it was a weekday afternoon .

You will be able to enjoy playing with the percussion while taking a walk at the Bedok reservoir park .You can also have a great scenary view of the park with your family on the weekends. The nearest train station is at the Bedok reservoir station at the blue line. It brings back my travel memories when visiting the Phuket island nature reserve parks.

Here, they can enjoy jumping on the trampoline to have fun with one another. Do be careful as the jump might be intense for some. Do remember to look after your feet when you are jumping there. It is also a great place for everyone to enjoy at the Bedok reservoir park. It brings back my travel memories of the king's park at the Perth city. I like to king's park there and have a great walk there for a few hours with my family during our trip .

#singaporetrip One of my favourite parks in Singapore. Quiet and uncrowded most times. Sufficient parking and accessible by train, the station is a short walk away. You have a choice of a shaded path or a sunnier one if you go closer to the water. The path is lighted at night too, and safe. There are also toilet facilities at regular intervals. Parking is available at a few places, but not very spacious. Free parking is only from 6.30am - 8.30am. Wawawa is an eatery if you feel peckish.

One can take long walks and enjoy the view The track in the park goes one big round, so if you are game enough to jog or walk for 5km, the view along the way can be quite spectacular, overseeing the reservoir. There is also a calming therapeutic garden within the park with fragrant flowers and plants. The highlight is the interactive rock garden where you can pile up rocks and go into your zen mode. Lots of squirrels and grasshoppers, occasionally otters and large monitor lizard, big terrapin by the reservoir banks, kingfishers and several species of bird. A great place to just relax and chill and take your worries away is at bedok Reservoir Park. The park is huge, serene and has beautiful views of the whole Reservoir. There is a playground and a play area for the children, which makes it fun for them. The amazing Reservoir view and it being not crowded makes the park a perfect place to take a stroll or just enjoying a slow jog. People can be seen doing that while a few others were seen walking their dogs in this peaceful park. The greenery with the clear blue skies makes the whole place look like a painting and will be great to just throw a picnic mat and enjoy the moment.
