London | Tasty Chinese restaurant with good soup
Yesterday, I went with friends to Barshu Restaurant to enjoy some delicious food! This well-known Sichuan restaurant is always my go-to for gatherings!

I used to always have the braised flavor, but this time I tried the "Yuxiang" flavor. The sauce paired with the meat’s fragrance was so delicious, bite after bite, it really makes you want more.

The scallops were huge and super fresh. The vermicelli on top absorbed the garlic and scallop aroma, making it very flavorful.

The pork stomach chicken soup came in such a cool serving vessel. The chicken was tender, and the pork stomach was cleaned really well. With the addition of red dates, it was super nourishing.

The potato shreds and snail slices as appetizers were also tasty and very appetizing!
