Being able to soak in a hot spring on a cliff in my lifetime is the ceiling of Banyan Tree in China.
The design and choice of hardware decoration materials are very thoughtful and textured. The aroma of essential oils is everywhere from the guest rooms to the hotel public areas. A small turtle doll is also given as a gift.
The staff of the concierge department and the gym are very enthusiastic and match the hotel positioning.
The hotel has raised 4 peacocks to move randomly near the hotel. I saw it several times through the glass, which is very novel.
Hot springs need to bring swimsuits to register at the spa front desk. The front desk will lead a tour and introduce and give the locker room key. The hot springs are divided into 5 indoor pools and 6 outdoor pools. The temperature is different, about 38-45 degrees. Some of the indoor pools are soaked with ginseng bags. I stayed at the Westin and Autograph Collection in the park. Both hotels have playgrounds🎠 for kids, which they really liked. The first time I stayed, there was a la carte steak and Jinling big meat buns for breakfast🥣, but not the second time. Overall, the breakfast quality is still good.

Nanjing Healing Ceiling! A hotel hidden in a mining valley!
I discovered a hidden version of a vacation secret. The entire hotel was built according to the cliff mine. The architectural design is light and streamlined, as if it is a masterpiece of nature. The park occupies a large area and has complete facilities, but some areas are slightly deserted, perhaps due to the low passenger flow, which adds a sense of mystery.
The design of the front desk is simply unique. White and brown wooden boards are stacked and spliced into a cocoon shape, which means breaking out of the cocoon and rebirth. When checking in, scented tea and small pastries were thoughtfully provided, which made people feel warm.
The hot spring pool in the room is a highlight, although there will be white crystals left in the pool (proof of natural hot springs). In the evening, the hotel will also thoughtfully provide rose petals and herbal medicine packages to make the hot spring experience even more perfect.
The indoor space is spacious, the basin has a unique design but the water is a little slow. Before going to bed at night, the waiter will bring you milk and white fungus soup, small desserts and drinks.
Super considerate! And the minibar is free and will be replenished. I give full marks to this detail!
The hotel lobby lounge has large floor-to-ceiling glass windows. When the weather is good, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset view. The hotel also provides afternoon tea, reserve a seat at sunset, it’s so romantic!

When I checked in, I was an Accor Diamond member, but I was only upgraded one level to a Cloud Pool Cliff View Room. The non-suite rooms are all the same size, with differences in views and themes. For example, the 9th floor is an exclusive wellness guest room floor.
All the furniture is custom-made with excellent tactile feel. The living area uses earth tones and dark green, matching the hotel environment, looking very comfortable, making you want to sit down and have a cup of tea.
Traditional seven-day aromatherapy oils and signature patterns remind you that you have arrived at a Banyan Tree. The turndown service includes a very cute little turtle.
The bathroom is also noteworthy, wrapped in dark marble, with a very pleasing design of the sink.

Facing the long-abandoned quarry, ecological restoration becomes the primary task of the design.
