Qingshan Palace was established in 1854 AD, dedicated to King Ling'an, also known as King Qingshan. Legend has it that when Hui'an fishermen invited King Ling'an Zun, when the statue passed the old street (now Xiyuan Road), it suddenly could not be lifted. After asking the gods by throwing Xuan, they found out that King Lingan Zun was going to live there, so the believers built a temple in the old street. At that time, as long as you pray to King Ling'an, you will be safe and healthy, so more and more believers are raising money to build a new temple, which is now the Qingshan Palace. There are also statues of generals Xie Bian and Fan Wujiu in Qingshan Palace. It is said that at that time, at night, the chains held by the two generals could be heard ringing in the temple and on the road, or they were seen patrolling the road, so there were very few nearby.
