The temple was built atop of the mountain, in the middle of paddy fields. We parked our car at the car park and hiked up to the top. The flight of stairs was so steep and pretty challenging, and hiking almost the hot summer weather in Thailand makes it even more challenging. The architectures was very impressive with vibrant colours! The view at the top of the temple was absolutely stunning and breathtaking. The ambiance was peaceful and serene, offering landscape views of paddy fields from above! No fee is charged, just donations. Would recommend!

Phra Phutthasikhi Chakraphat Muni Samputtchayantisri Kaew Kanchana There is a coffee shop, Tham Kaew, and there are 3 caves to see. Each cave is not very big. The stalactites and stalagmites are beautiful like glass crystals. I went into 2 caves. The other cave has a narrow staircase so I didn't dare go in. #WinterMountainTravel
