Bang bao is southern tip of Koh Chang. One can walk through the old fisherman town where most locals live on the water. Can get some souvenirs like dried shrimps and dried squid. Once past the stores and living quarters one would get to the pier and see the lighthouse. From there one can take a boat ride to the nearby marine park where fish and corals decorated the seabed.

Bang Bao is almost at the end of Koh Chang, but not the end. This is the pier bridge for those who want to go diving or go to various islands. But the special thing is that there is a community in the middle of the sea. You will see many shops, such as souvenir shops, restaurants, and accommodations on both sides of the Bang Bao pier bridge.
