If you have a kid and who likes animals a lot, BALUARTE in Vigan is the place to be. There is a wide variety of animals and mind you, you can have a close-up interaction with them. THERE IS NO EXEMPTION! as you see on the picture, we made it with the tiger, the bird, even with the snake (Actually we did but I missed where the picture is 😅). And the best part of it is to ride on the pony. To have this experience, you will have to pay 400pesos to have an all access to all the perks while if you would just want to get in, then just pay 200pesos. They also sell extraordinary flavors of ice cream and just outside the facility were differet souvenir shops where all goodies are all so affordable.

It is owned by one of the richest man in the province Mr. Chavit Singson. This 120 hectare expanse of Mr. Singson's lot also houses a taxidermy museum. It opened year 1991. They offer a guided tour around the zoo via electronic cab worth 50 pesos. Dont forget to check out the Safari gallery.
