The water is crystal clear and there were plenty of turtles swimming amongst the coral. There is a huge drop-off shelf that is great to check out as the fish swim past in schools. Conventional snorkeling itineraries (300P per person) are relatively limited. A small wooden boat (approximately 2-3 people) is used to take guests out. There are mainly two itineraries: The first is snorkeling near the shore: about 30 minutes, watching fish in the shallows with a water depth of about 1 meter. There are many people and the scene is quite chaotic. We chose to swim to the edge of the large fault and dive to see the creatures on the cliffs on the seabed. However, this requires certain swimming and diving abilities. The second is to see sea turtles. They will take us outside the fault to look for sea turtles. After you find it, you need to swim to chase the turtle by yourself (life jackets are recommended on the boat, and remember not to get too close to or touch the turtle). Because it is in a deeper and wider sea area, it is actually more difficult to take pictures of yourself swimming with sea turtles. The whole trip takes about 1 hour, and then the boatman will return us to the shore. If you accidentally swim too far while chasing a turtle, the boatman will have to paddle. I won’t take this trip next time, and may choose to charter a boat.

On the sixth day of Bohol, we are going to the legendary diving spot, Barry Casa. Bari Casa is a small island next to Panglao Island, with the famous Bari Casa fault, a top diving paradise with rich corals and fish.
