Bangkok 4 nights 5 days travel itinerary
Bangkok 4 nights 5 days travel itinerary
✈️Air transportation
(Departure) Incheon International Airport East Jet departs at 17:05 (departs at 19:20 due to flight delay 🤣) -> arrives around 23:50
(Arrival) Suvarnabhumi International Airport East Jet departs at 22:25 -> arrives at 06:20
🚕Ground transportation
Mainly uses BTS (Sukhumvit Line, Siam Line)
When using BTS, you must bring coins as bills cannot be used in the machines,
You can buy bills directly from the staff.
For ground transportation, I mainly use Bolt or Grab apps, but when commuting to and from work,
it is not recommended as it is a traffic hell (after 19:00, it is okay in the evening)
ARL: Airport Rail Link connecting to Suvarnabhumi Airport, you must purchase a separate ticket to ride. Phaya Thai Station - I remember it took about 40 minutes to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
🏠Accommodation
Day 1: Nantra Sukhumvit 39
Since I arrived at night, I looked for a place near the BTS station that was cheap. I remember the price was around 30,000 won. I didn't expect much, but I was surprised that it was cleaner than I thought, and although it was late due to a delay, the staff was very kind and helpful.
Day 2~: Ramada by Wyndham in Sukhumvit 11, Bangkok
I stayed at the same place from the 2nd day onwards, and it was convenient to get around because it was near BTS Nana Station.
The parking lot building was right next to it, so the view was a mess.. The room condition was not bad, but it was okay, and the staff was very kind.
🏖️Recommended places
1. Icon Siam: It's a large shopping mall that seems to have moved all of Thailand.
You can think of it as having all the food you can eat in Thailand. If you don't feel like going out, the weather is hot, and you want to enjoy Thailand,
If you lie a little and just go around Icon Siam, it's like you've seen all of Thailand.
2. Grand Palace & Wat Phra Kaew: If you go during the day, you'll have to endure the waiting and heat, so I recommend going when it's a little less crowded (I think it was until 7:30 PM). The architectural style and such are different, so I think it's better to see and experience it for yourself, and the Grand Palace at night is truly beautiful.
3. Wat Arun: It's a very famous temple, and if you go during the day, you can take a picture of the stairs going up the tower (this one is quite famous). Likewise, the architectural style is different, so it's very interesting to see. If you go at night, it's a real night view restaurant.
4. Baiyoke Sky Tower: You can enjoy dinner on the 79th - 82nd floor, and
You can enjoy the night view of Bangkok from the rooftop on the 84th floor. This is one of the places you must visit if you visit Bangkok.
