[2025 Yufu Stay] Travel Guide for Baien (Updated Mar)

Yufuin Umezono GARDEN RESORT is a hot spring inn with a natural hot spring called "Beauty Water". There is an open-air bath with a view of Mt. Yufu, a cypress bath under the roof, and several private baths. I stayed in a detached building, and one of the private baths was always available, and it was great that it was close to my room. The room was a Japanese-Western style, so the bed was also good. There is a bar in the evening, and they offer an all-you-can-drink service, so I recommend it. I stayed with two meals included, and the food was delicious and I was very satisfied. I used a separate room for the half-board package that included dinner kaiseki and breakfast! In other words, you can enjoy much more privacy in the separate building, and it is also close to the public bath and family bath. The room is very spacious and the living room and bedroom are separated, allowing for a very comfortable stay.
