Baguio Airport Homestay is located in Loakan, Baguio. It is definitely near the airport. It is a huge house that has many rooms. Each room has its own bathroom which I really like. We stayed here since this is the same venue of my friend's wedding. It was worth it. It has billiards, Netflix, kitchen and a place to chill. If you know how to play the piano, you can also play it there by the living area. It costs 600pesos per person/night. I think it's worth more than the price. We had a great stay.

Underwhelming Experience
Travel means a lot to me. It composes the pieces of my life. Travel is my way of life.”
And Baguio City is a place where memories are made.
Our trip is really an adventure! Even though we’re so tired, we really enjoyed a lot! Finally, I can say that There is more to BAGUIO THAN MEETS THE EYE.—Tradition, it’s natural treasures, generous people, the simple philosophies of life in harmony with nature.
SEE YOU AGAIN ON MY NEXT TRIP!!!

A wonderful park

One of my favorite city is Baguio. It holds a special place in my heart. The famous Burnham Park is located here. It covers a total land area of 32.84 hectares. Famous activity in this park is biking which is loved by children. You can enjoy a boat ride too while enjoying the feel of the cold weather. The portion of the park hosting major events is the Melvin Jones Grandstand. Picnic groves is all around where people can have picnics. Happy to be able to visit this place this year.

Colorful House
This is an idea whose time has come. Finally, a beautiful solution to unpainted houses on the hillsides of La Trinidad, Benguet.
A must visit around Baguio City. The vibrant colorful houses really makes a great place to take nice photos with family and friends.

Tam-awan Village
Tam-awan Village in Pinsao Proper, Baguio City uniquely blends indigenous aesthetics and exquisite Cordilleran craftsmanship with an artist’s concept for a village adapting to Baguio setting.
Exhibits are constantly displayed inside the houses, with art pieces made by local artists. Cordilleran craftsmanship is highlighted by the artistry present in the village, making it accessible to the public.

Leave Me Be in Baguio City
The most beloved city of every Filipino is Baguio City. The summer capital is the most famous tourist spot among locals. It doesn't matter if they're from Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao...they will want to visit Baguio City.
Why? It's cold. You won't sweat as much. The taxis don't even turn on their aircon and will just open the windows. The food is also great here and if you love strawberries, you're in for a treat. It's everywhere. 🍓
There are so many things to see in Baguio: arts, music, history, food, nature, city life, etc.
You'll find yourself not wanting to leave.

BAGUIO
Okay, have you visit the summer capital of the Philippines or are planning to do so? Then I suggest you to do it! Last last week, before our Davao trip we decided to go to Baguio, its a 3 hour drive from Pampanga via NLEX, SCTEX, and TPLEX. During the first day of our trip, we decided to go to Botanical Garden Baguio where you can see a lot of beautiful flowers, small villages, small golden bridge, winnipeg garden, but all in Botanical! then we visit Diplomat Hotel, Lions Head, of course we had lunch at Good taste, super long queue but I guess worth it? not sure haha its for you guys to find out!! So what are you waiting for? visit Baguio! :)

The Famous Baguio City
It is arguably the most famous, most photographed area in Northern Philippines. Developed as a summer destination by the American colonizers, Baguio City, the City of Pines, welcomes thousand tourists to its cool climate on a daily basis. The common places to visit are the Pink Sisters Convent, the Mines View Park, Session Road, Burnham Park, the Lion’s Head, and many more. It now has its own SM, the largest mall chain in the country. Tourists will always bring home their signature ube jam, strawberry jams, and other sweets. There are also a lot of good food establishments in the place. It’s worth the weekend trip!

City of Pines:BAGUIO
This was my first Backpack Travelling and I find it easy. From Pasay, Manila, we took a bus bound to Baguio around 8 in the evening and arrived in Baguio at 4 in the morning. We always choose to travel at night most especially if it is quite far, so we won't waste our day travelling but instead we are already enjoying the place.
we rented a transient house that is worth 400pesos per person per night and it is a walking distance from the bus terminal and SM Baguio which is quite a convenience for a backpacker like us.
we negotiated a driver and made us pay him 450 pesos per person for a whole day Baguio tour. we left the transient house at 6 in the morning and decided to stop for a breakfast on our way to La Presa. The restaurant is overlooking and foggy too!
We went to the PMA, The burnham Park, the Mansion, the Mines View Park, The strawberry picking.

Is it fun in Baguio?
As the Summer Capital of the Philippines, it lives up to its title for being a go-to place when the weather's too humid and hot. As cold as it is, it features the best scenic and beautiful views you can ever imagine. I had so much fun in Baguio City.
