Capture stunning photos at The Avenue of Stars in Hong Kong! 📷
One of my favourite places to go for a walk is at The Avenue of Stars in TST, Hong Kong. You can capture beautiful views of the Hong Kong skyline at both day and night.
In the daytime I like to capture the Star Ferry in front of the skyline (image 2) and also capture people enjoying the view (image 6)
At night sometimes I bring a tripod to do long exposure photos of the boats going past (image 1) this helps to capture really cool light trails in front the skyline.
Be sure to walk all the way down past the Rosewood Hotel and K11 musea to experience all the different perspectives on offer.
Be sure to check out Ink bar as well - I often go there for a beer and food when I’m enjoying my shoot! #photospots #derryainsworth #Hongkong #avenueofstars

Structural elegance
#hongkongtrip
When I walked along the Avenue of stars ⭐ , I quite felt like being in the beach where every 🎭 artistic kid would have put up their piece of sand art; similarly at every 100 metres in the Avenue there are so much elegant 🏢 buildings that are so stunning with almost trying to get our attention from looking at the Hongkong skyline 🌆 at the opposite side. And every building/structure is so unique like the people walking around there from all over the world 🌎 #urbanexplorer #tripblazers #summervacation

A Walk Amongst the Stars!
The Avenue of Stars is a 400m walkway of Victoria Harbour at Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It is modeled on the Hollywood's Walk of Fame but with hand prints on wooden rail. It offers great views, day and night, so be sure to go in the evening into the night to see both. It's an iconic site that's free to enjoy, hang out, walk around and do whatever. It's within walking distance of both the Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui station. #mytripvlog #tripblazers #awesomepic #summervacation #2023travelwish
Bruce Lee and Me!
Being a fanatic of the late Great Bruce Lee, seeing his statue is a shallow dream of mine. ❤️
Bruce Lee remains the greatest icon of martial arts cinema and a key figure of modern popular media.
Ultimately, he was raised in Hongkong but born in California, USA. He is an actor, director, and instructor whose films and philosophy popularized martial arts in both Western and Eastern cultures in late 1960's and early 70's. Indeed, a pride and joy of Hongkong in the history.
His popular statue (among local and international tourists) is located infront of the Starbucks Reserved in Avenue of Stars, facing the Victoria Harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hongkong.

Avenue of Stars
The Avenue of Stars (Chinese: 星光大道), modelled on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, is an avenue located along the Victoria Harbour waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It honours celebrities of the Hong Kong film industry.
How do I get to the Avenue of Stars
Take ferry from Central or Wan Chai Ferry Pier and then walk along Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade to the Avenue of Stars.
Visiting Hong Kong for hiking is the most interesting thing!
When you come to Hong Kong, the one thing you absolutely cannot miss is hiking, hiking, and more hiking!
Having seen Victoria Harbour, walked along the Avenue of Stars, and experienced the Star Ferry, after a round of beautiful shopping at Chongqing Mansion, Rainbow, Kennedy Town...what else can you do after checking in?
That is constantly hiking!
Hiking in Hong Kong is really convenient because almost all routes have direct public transportation, so there's no need to drive. And the routes are well-established, with good mobile signal, so there's no need to worry about getting lost or other issues.
On your first trip to Hong Kong, the one thing you can't miss is Victoria Peak! You can walk from Victoria Peak to West Dangshan to watch the sunset, and the scenery along the way is very beautiful!
A beginner-friendly route, Longji is very beautiful. You can hike to Dalang Bay and take a walk on the beach, watching the locals surf 🏄.
Put on comfortable sports shoes, bring a water bottle, and go for a walk in the mountains!
A starry night in Hong Kong
If you’re in Hong Kong, I would definitely recommend a trip along Avenue of the stars. This walkway along the side of Hong Kong features, hand prints and statues from some famous actors and actresses, directors and moviemakers from Hong Kong . Situated by the walkway are plenty of restaurants and malls for shopping. It was a lovely evening and can be accessed easily by the Metro!

The skyscrapers on the opposite bank are particularly dazzling as the lights come on.
Boats shuttle back and forth on the busy waters of Victoria Harbour.
Every minute, every second, every frame is like a painting.
·
K11 Muses, Bell Tower, and Tianxing Ferry are nearby.
You can check in together~
The beautiful things in the world are all free, such as the sunset 🌇.

Avenue Of Stars Hong Kong
#meethongkong
The Avenue of the Stars promenade was re- vamped a couple years ago and is now a beautiful, open pedestrian space that runs alongside the Victoria Harbour. Stepping off the Star Ferry, you can follow the promenade right along the waterfront, with fabulous million-dollar views across to Hong Kong island.
The main attraction is the view but they have also created a Hollywood-style Walk of Fame feature with bronze handprints on the railings instead of stars on the ground. Over 100 Hong Kong celebrities and actors, including Jackie Chan, Michelle Yeoh (Crazy Rich Asians) and Chow Yun-fat, have made their mark here. Not many will be recognisable to overseas visitors but they are household names in Hong Kong. If you're curious to know who's who, each plaque has a QR code so you can scan it for more information.
Of the four bronze sculptures, the most famous is Bruce Lee - recognisable to everyone, surely. Standing on an elevated water feature, he strikes his classic martial arts pose. It fits in nicely with Bruce's famous quote, "Be water my friend. Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water" The other statues are Cantopop diva Anita Mui, the cartoon pig McDull and a female figure representing the Hong Kong Film Awards.

Hong Kong- Avenue of Stars
The Avenue of Stars is something like the Hollywood Walk of Fame and was established 40 years ago in 1982. It is an avenue located along the Victoria Harbour waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
Over 100 people have received plaques on the avenue of stars, including Chow Yun-fat, Jackie Chan and Michelle Yeoh (Crazy Rich Asians).
Of the bronze sculptures, the most famous and recognisable to everyone is Bruce Lee – I mean it’s Bruce Lee 😁 There are four bronze sculptures in total.
The scenery is breathtaking at any time of the day but as you can see I decided to go there in the evening.

Avenue of Stars. A must go in Hong Kong.
In 1982, the New World Group built a promenade along the waterfront around the New World Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon. In 2004, the Group announced it would spend HK$40 million to build the Avenue of Stars, a project supported by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Tourism Commission, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government and the Hong Kong Film Awards Association.

Spent a 5 days 4 nights Do-it-yourself (DIY) vacation in Hong Kong and my first stop was the Avenue of Stars which honor the celebrities of the Hong Kong film industry. It is an avenue located along Victoria Harbour waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The promenade commands the panoramic view across Victoria Harbour while at night it is a popular spot for viewing the Symphony of Lights display. While walking along the promenade got the chance to capture with my own camera the famous Aqua Luna which I usually saw on post cards and advertisements it is a Chinese red-sail junk cruising along the Victoria Harbour. There were also other attractions within the area such us the Museum of Art, Space Museum, Cultural Center and the Clock Tower.

Buildings along Victoria Harbour sometimes add a bit of holiday cheer to their facades. I snapped this photo when we were walking along the Avenue of Stars in TST. I seem to recall both the Wing On Building and the Shangri-La do the same thing every year. The area is a good place for watching the lights across the harbour and it makes for a very romantic evening. #staycation
The famous Hong Kong Film Awards Statue located at Avenue of Stars. This was our first stop when mom and I arrived in Hong Kong it’s just a walking distance from our hotel. We enjoyed the sunset and have some pictures in this beautiful view. #tripaway
