The exit gantry is right at the food street and if I work here, getting lunch is so easy and convenient. This shopping mall is not as crowded as the others and there are many selection here. Rue de Paris at Avenue K is a nice cosy “french” bistro with hints of Paris… but perhaps the only French thing about the cafe is the decor and the croissants… The food is basically local and western… they have reasonably ok seatings as this place used to be a co- working space before … I like the ambience, and the food is really affordable…. I was looking for a place to celebrate my daughter’s birthday for a budget and she brought her boyfriend and her best friend so that made 4 of us… and it was here I got to feed all of us within my tight budget… Food is pretty good and portioning is fair….will be back again…. #avenuek #ruedparisaveK

#myfoodies Been to several outlet and usually come by to their Scarletz Suites since my boyfriend work as a barista here, but this time around, I tried their Triple Champion Brown Sugar Bubble Cafe Latte- RM 16.90 at Avenue K! It sweets but is not too sweet, and the boba is soft- which indicates that it was steam/cooked well! As a coffee drinker, I'm particular with the beans, and HWC offers such a great coffee experience other than usually known brands. My favourite drink is their Caramel Macchiato, which cost about RM 13- RM 14, and I did ask for an extra pump of syrup since I love my drink a little bit more on the sweeter side. That's when I saw this rather unique shop called Bungkus Kaw Kaw selling little cute Nasi lemak wrapped in banana leaves and dem shiok and strong teh tarik.
