#australiatrip Its a relaxing place to walk or ride a bike or a gopher while viewing the boats in the Gulf or the level of the tide and noticing the rego plates on numerous tourists vehicles frequently with caravans who find plenty room to park. Now there is also a mobile refreshments and coffee and drinks available there too untill about 3pm each day which i want to sample soon. Wharfland Plaza shopping is just nearby includes Woolworths supermarket. A good spot to see the variety of vehicles and road trains that cross the bridge this being the half way across Australia spot and to western Australia and gateway to the northern Territory for both rail and road. Yes an interesting place.

If your in Port Augusta, South Australia, take a drive out to the Australian Arid Land Botanical Gardens. While there, take the short drive out to the Matthew Flinders Red Cliff lookout, to see this amazing view.
