Art is integrated into the dishes, and the restaurant becomes a check-in hotspot
Restaurant: ATUM Restaurant (Tsim Sha Tsui)
Address: Shop 101B, 1/F, K11 Art Mall, 18 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
I believe you are no stranger to ATUM Restaurant @atumrestaurant, an art restaurant in a hidden corner on the 1st floor of K11 Shopping Art Gallery😎, the restaurant has been open for 6-7 years, when you talk about this restaurant, you should think of their exquisite afternoon tea Set🤩, many people celebrate birthdays or anniversaries
This time I came here for lunch. It was quite crowded on Saturday. The shop was full in less than half an hour. Remember to book your location early📱. When you enter the restaurant, there is a light industrial style tone, which gives people a simple, understated feeling, plus some branches and plants 🪵, is there a concrete forest feeling 🌴? ATUM Restaurant focuses on Fusion cuisine, mixing ingredients and seasonings from different countries into Chinese and Western cuisine✨, most importantly, each dish is full of rich artistic style, fully satisfying visual and taste enjoyment🥰
✝️ Beet Salmon · Orange · Fennel Salad $106
Two homemade sourdough breads from the restaurant were served first, followed by salad. The salad🥗 with smoked salmon, lightly marinated with beetroot, the red color of the beetroot dipped on the salmon has a gradient visual effect😍, fresh and fragrant, with beetroot, onion🧅, spinach, orange🍊, rocket and other vegetables placed in a beautiful stone pot, indeed good👍
✝️Fried Herring · Lemon and Sage · Sea Salt Protein Cream $208
The bottom layer is full of lemon fragrance🍋, refreshing sage, there are two pieces of fragrant herring on top, the skin is crispy and tender, the fish is fresh and fragrant🐟, and sprinkled with sea salt and protein cream, just the appearance feels attractive🤩, with barley replaced ordinary rice, both taste and health are completely different, healthier eat more enjoyable
✝️ Seaweed Sea Snail · Grilled Green Onion · Oyster Rice $198
Grill the conch meat with shredded seaweed🐚, and serve with grilled green onions, place on top of oyster cream pasta. The conch is soft and chewy, with a fresh and sweet fragrance; paired with the soft taste of fresh and rich oysters, there are different levels of freshness contrast🆚, the pasta is harder than the usual Thai rice, but added cream sauce to stew is much creamy flavor😌
For drinks, I ordered a cup of bamboo charcoal fresh milk coffee ($50) and fresh milk coffee ($46). The beautiful latte art 🌹, the mellow taste of coffee beans, the rich smoothness of milk, the coffee really made my day☕️
