We chose two soups - #Golden Soup Mussel Chicken Hot Pot & #Matsutake Chicken Wings and Winter Melon Fish Hot Pot. I personally like the Golden Soup Jadeite Chicken Hot Pot, because the flower stalks are bouncy, the chicken broth is fragrant, and my favorite smooth bean curd skin.

In addition to the soup, the ingredients for hot pot should be fresh enough. You can tell by the appearance of the fried fish skin and crackers that they are fresh and crispy.
For meat, we ordered Angus beef, signature beef cubes, and black pork. Angus beef is smoking when served, very visual effect, the beef is cut very thin, the entrance heavy beef flavor, one bite to open, no gluten, really want to come more plate! The latter two were good, but the Angus beef was too excellent to steal the spotlight!
For the meatballs, we recommend the beef bone and beef sauce meatballs. They are bouncy and tender. A lot of beef juice is squeezed out when you bite into them. They have a rich beef flavour!
The other ingredients were fresh, especially the mixed vegetable platter & assorted mushroom platter, which allowed you to eat different kinds at once, and looked fresh and tender.
Will try other soups next time I come again!
