On Sunday, I went shopping at The One and Miramar in Tsim Sha Tsui. After shopping, feeling tired, I wanted to find a comfortable restaurant for a meal. Passing by a hotel on Granville Road, I saw a Western restaurant that was not too expensive, so I gave it a try. The restaurant turned out to be stylish, with dark decor on the wall at the entrance and inside the restaurant. In addition to indoor seating, there is also a bar and outdoor seating. Due to the rain, we chose to dine indoors🍽. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, and 2 mocktails.
The prawns🍤 were refreshing. The garlic🧄 slices were fried to a perfect crispness. The addition of chili🌶️ made the dish even more appetizing. The crunchy focaccia toast soaked up the olive oil, making it particularly aromatic.
The other appetizer was a bit sour due to the addition of tomato salsa and balsamic, which was very appetizing. The tomato salsa made the tuna taste fresher. The golden-brown cod fillet was crispy and fragrant with fish paste, perfect with wine.
The abalone was large and thick, well-seasoned and flavorful. The risotto had the right texture, and I really liked the Japanese sauce flavor, which was quite different from the usual Western-style risotto.
The slow cooking made the Iberico pork rack tender and not at all tough. The pork rack had a herbal flavor. It could also be paired with a sweet and sour red wine pear juice.
First Crush is a mocktail with pineapple🍍 and cucumber flavors, refreshing and thirst-quenching.
As for Passionate Night, it has passion fruit and grapes🍇, with a sweet and sour taste.
