Cosy environment and weather makes our stay so good… love the bed big pillow and very good service in Aston!! their buffet spread is wonderful with many dishes to choose… that i ate many food for just breakfast…. many choices…Staffs are all customer oriented that we were so glad to be staying in the hotel… greater with a smile and services in the hotel is so warm felt like family

We stayed at the hotel section - hotel room is very clean and big. We were given a king-sized bed - super comfortable. Staff are all friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast - the spread was reasonable and service level is good. Staff are pretty fast in replenishing food items - just have to wait for awhile if you happen to go at the time when the last serving is taken. As we went during the CNY public holidays, the hotel and residence are at full capacity - the restaurant staff are very efficient to clean and make available tables for the next hotel guest. The hotel location is up on a hill, hence, the driveway area is supper windy, which we like. There is only 1 big convenience store opposite the hotel - but dont have to worry you will starve as other than the restaurant on the ground floor, they have 2 bar and restaurants that served nice grilled food . The hotel do have 24hour spa service at an affordable price - but as we are not a fan for massage, we didnt try this. The nearest shopping mall is the Batam City Square mall - you need to book a Grab but not expensive - price range between Rp2.9k to Rp4.3k (depending on the time you book). There is also the residence section - for family with a budget - definitely a good place to consider as there is a swimming pool for kids and adults and it also comes with buffet breakfast. If you are looking for a quiet staycation or on a budget for a family trip - I would recommend this property. family time @ Aston Batam Hotel & Residences. swimming pool was clean though it was a super windy day, so swimming time was cut short as kids were shivering.

I would like to suggest aston batam hotel located at Thamrin road near to Nagoya Hills Mall. Travellers just use Grab Car rather than hired driver for the whole day, u may reduce transportation cost 🥰

family short trip to Batam. These hotels were superb. The apartment hotel room was clean and big. Their breakfast was awesome and delicious.. they have jamu for us. All the staff was friendly and helpful. On the first day, only the main room TV signal was bad. I wasn't able to see it. I hope they can upgrade their tv to smart tv which travellers can enjoy their Netflix or YouTube. the tech staff and fixed the next day.other then that it was nice

Came here mainly for the bathtub and was not disappointed. Room size was very generous, amazing hospitality by staff, free breakfast all for a very low rate. Happy to return.

#tripblazers #summervacation Have a warm welcome home feel at the lobby and provided free shuttle bus to the 2 biggest mall (Nagoya Hill Mall and Batam City Square mall) in Batam with hassle free booking just inform the reception number of people taking the ride. The location of this hotel near main road but feel secure if return at late night and have no shopping mall around but easily get a grab to any where you like at much cheaper fare. Feel like home touch of hotel the moment step into the room, spacious, clean and comfortable and a welcome Birthday cake was ready as requested. Breakfast spread was amazingly variety. Won't feel regrets staying!

First time here with family and booked 3 bedroom apartment. Apartment was quite spacious and room was big.
