The service is super good, first time encounter seat down check in. The rooms are super large and all the equipment are available. High floor rooms with night view. Last minute decision to book the hotel to airport transfer the night before. I was contemplating to book a grab but decided to book with Trip.com as I am concerned of the delay during lunch hours. I was thinking that the booking may not be confirmed at all. However, I received email confirmation minutes later and next morning the driver is confirmed with the driver details. The driver also WhatsApped me that he has arrived and will wait for me at the hotel lobby. He actually came an hour earlier to wait for me as traffic is indeed very heavy in Bangkok these days after most of the countries open the borders for international travel. Reliable service !
