I walked from Ginza subway station to the goldfish exhibition, which was not far away, and needed to take the elevator from Mitsukoshi to get there. Upon arriving at the exhibition venue, I was immediately stunned by what I saw. Being in this enchanting goldfish exhibition space, I felt an incredible sense of wonder and fantasy. Every corner of the exhibition seemed like a tiny underwater world, full of life and vitality. This goldfish exhibition provided me with a feast for both my eyes and soul, deepening my understanding and appreciation for these beautiful creatures.

I have never visited a museum quite like the Art Aquarium Museum in Tokyo’s Ginza district. It is a living museum where thousands of common and rare goldfish are displayed in aquarium tanks of different sizes and shapes and colors. It is a calming experience walking through the museum and listening to soft music and flowing water, seeing the colors change and the goldfish swim around.

I really love tokyo. I travelled with a friend and it was awesome. The picture was taken in Ginza Aquarium. There were lots of photogenic places for Instagram and etc. I took some lovely pictures and enjoyed a lot. Ginza is also a very good shopping district with lots to eat.

It’s a wonderful display of different types of goldfish with ever changing lights. I visited in the spring so there was a special cherry blossom exhibit. Using the different shapes of fish tanks, combined with beautiful lights and scenery, it feels like walking around a dream. Once you buy a ticket, you are free to walk around the exhibit as many times as you want!

Ginza Art Aquarium Museum with Sakura themed decorations
Amazing aquarium located in the heart of Ginza, on the 8th floor of Mitsukoshi Ginza. It was conveniently located and the goldfish displays were so beautifully done. Definitely worth a visit! There are also “spotlight” stickers on the floor to let you know where is the designated photo spot for you to catch the perfect selfie in this otherwise dark museum.

Aquarium re-defined！used to expect that an Aquarium is a place full of sea animals with a big glass..... Although they simply displayed gold fish, lots and lots of varieties of gold fish but they also blend in with Japanese culture ♥️
Love the atmosphere and all of the display, they are simply stunning!!!
They sell tickets in hour unit, and each adult ticket costs 2500 yen. So if you aim to visit the Aquarium, better to go ASAP as this exhibition will end by the end of Feb.

I found a museum in Ginza called the Art Aquarium Museum on the map, and was surprised to discover that it was located inside the Mitsukoshi department store. Curious to know more, I bought a ticket and entered the museum. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt like I had been transported to another world. The museum was filled with intricately designed fish tanks housing countless goldfish, all surrounded by a fantastical and mysterious lighting and music environment. Walking through this enchanting space was an incredible experience.
