The staff is accommodating, friendly and go out of their way to help from Reception, the bar staff, cleaning services and everyone in between. I cannot say enough about this gem of a hotel in Rovaniemi. The sauna in our room was also a great touch. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Excellent service, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast with plenty of tasty gluten free and vegan options. The small gym in the basement was better than we expected with good background music! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
