A quality Korean restaurant with a rural atmosphere in Fortress Hill
There are many Korean restaurants in Hong Kong, but we rarely choose them because it is difficult to find a Korean restaurant with quality. This time, my friend recommended a Korean restaurant called "Antidote" which has been open for more than a year and is located near Fortress Hill Station. The entire restaurant is run by Koreans. The restaurant is decorated with a fresh pastoral atmosphere and uses wooden tables and chairs. There are many types of food, including: pot rice noodles/barbecue hot pot, and drinks include fruit wine/honey rice wine. The price is upper-middle level~
Five appetizers
There are kimchi, radish, Korean rice cake, sweet potato, quail eggs, all of which can be added in unlimited quantities. The taste is comparable to that of local Korean restaurants. It is a good start for today's dinner~
Pork Back Bone Soup
Korean pork rib stew is a very popular traditional dish in Korea. It uses pork bones and potatoes as the main ingredients and has a rich and spicy taste. Adding dried spicy cabbage, kimchi, and potato starch makes it appear dark red, but the taste is not too spicy, which is very suitable for autumn and winter. This dish is rich in flavor. The Korean staff will personally help to process the ribs. The high level of service is praised by everyone. It can be served with white rice or noodles to soak up the essence of the soup base. Many Koreans will eat it like this and leave with a chuckle.
Cold pork knuckle
The cold pork knuckle from Busan is surprisingly large. The thinly sliced pork knuckle is served with salted jellyfish, cucumber and other vegetables, and topped with the restaurant's unique sweet and spicy mustard sauce. It is delicious. No wonder it can be tasted all over Korea in recent years~ Korean pork knuckle is full of gelatin, tastes smooth and not greasy, and is refreshing and appetizing when paired with salad!
Drinks:Pink fruit & Sunrise
Pink fruit has plum, peach and wood; Sunrise has orange and pomegranate, which tastes sweet and sour and is a good choice for quenching thirst~
