USA Las Vegas Horseshoe Bend + Antelope Canyon
Stayed in the United States for a month, then went to Las Vegas for a few days. I looked up a lot of recommendations in advance, including the outfits, which were really great!
❣️It is recommended to book a local day trip by charter, which is convenient and reasonably priced. Why do we suggest everyone to charter a car?
1. Because places like Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon are all in Page, which is at least a 5-hour drive from Las Vegas, making the round trip a total of 10 hours. We have to leave at 5am just to complete a day's itinerary... driving ourselves is just too tiring!!
2. Chartering a car means having a driver and a tour guide. The master will explain all the way, introduce the characteristics of various hotels in Las Vegas, and even the historical past, which is particularly interesting. They will also recommend various delicious and fun places... When they arrive at the scenic spot, they will also explain some stories about the scenic spot. If you go there by yourself, you won't understand anything... you can only take pictures! In Antelope Canyon, there are local Indian guides who are particularly familiar with the scenic spot! They know the angle to take pictures that looks the best, and can take big shots in minutes... they can also help you take pictures.

Always amazed by the nature - Antelope Canyon!
Antelope Canyon is located at Arizona state and it is pretty close to the Grand Canyon. So highly recommend to visit these two places together! Ticket is required for visiting so you may plan advanced and purchase ticket online first. There is also tour guide service that you can buy ticket for and it is definitely worth the money! The guide is very nice and a good story telling also willing to help you with photo taking! #antelope

Antelope Canyon🤎
The Antelope Canyon is a must visit place along with the Grand Canyon. It is so impressive and stunning but a bit pricey and the activity is quite short around 30 min. When we went there, there was a sand storm inside and we needed to cover our heads with our T-shirt. We recommend you to bring a scarf or something to cover you, also sunglasses, in case you experience the same.

You might have seen these in different commercials. An image on the box of your tv, maybe a background saver in your computer or simply a beautiful wall paper. But this beauty will amaze you when you see it personally with your own eyes. Truly a beautiful creation God has blessed us with.

📍 Antelope Canyon, Page, Arizona 86040, USA

Upper Antelope Canyon
· Above ground, wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, narrow in the canyon
· You need to take a 🛻 local four-wheel drive to the entrance
· Enter and exit through the same entrance
· Famous for its dreamy light beams, so there are more tourists
-
Lower Antelope Canyon
· Below ground, narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, spacious in the canyon, but you need to climb narrow stairs to enter the canyon
· One-way, enter through one entrance and exit through another, with more shooting angles than Upper Antelope Canyon

Tips for great photos
① It is best to book tickets for Upper Antelope Canyon 1-2 months in advance during peak season
② The best time to take photos is from 11:00 to 13:00 every day, 12:00 in summer, and 11:00 in winter. This is also the golden time to see the magical light beams of Upper Antelope Canyon
③ Avoid red and yellow clothing, and choose white clothing
④ Adjust the camera parameters in advance, and do not turn on the flash
⑤ The canyon is windy and sandy, so prepare a dust cover for your camera and phone
⑥ To create a mysterious and dreamy purple tone, adjust the white balance to color temperature; for bright orange, adjust the white balance to cloudy
⑦ The light in Antelope Canyon is dim, so increase the ISO and use a large aperture, such as f/4.5
-
Notes
· Antelope Canyon is located in an Indian reservation, so you need to follow a local guide and cannot enter alone
· You can only bring water and a phone, and cannot bring a backpack
· If it rains on the day, the lower Antelope Canyon, which is lower, may cancel activities
· Stay hydrated and use sunscreen

Beautiful stones like waves 🪨
Antelope Canyon is a wave-like rock formation formed by the erosion of sandstone by wind and water, creating narrow channels and beautiful patterns on the rock layers. It is located on the Navajo reservation in northern Arizona.
Inside, there are signs warning of flash floods. You must book in advance to visit this place. There are many tourists. And if you want beautiful pictures, you must specifically book a photo tour, which has a limited number of people and is organized during times when the light shines through the cracks in the rocks.

Most beautiful place on Earth - top tips for a memorable experience!
The Antelope Canyon is hands down the prettiest place on Earth! It is not everyday that you get to admire canyons formed after millions of years of water and wind erosion, and I’m here to share you some top tips to make the most out of your trip:
Tip 1🧍🏽: follow the local guide closely while you are exploring the antelope canyons - they are very experienced and are always more than happy to point out interesting features and amazing photo spots to you!
Tip 2 🏜️: if you get there early, be sure to ask your guide for permission to explore one of the “side canyons” close to the entrace - they are of course not as impressive as the actual upper or lower Antelope Canyon, but it’s still totally worthwhile visiting!
Tip 3 💦: bring plenty of water with you, as the canyons are located in the middle of the desert after all, and you will really want to stay hydrated throughout the exploration experience.
Tip 4 📸: Fun fact, the world’s most expensive photo was taken in the Upper Antelope Canyon (sold for 13 million USD to Microsoft as a Window’s wallpaper), so be sure to ask your guide to point out where the infamous “capitol reef sunset” photo was taken in the canyon! However, I personally would also really recommend the Lower Antelope Canyon, given that it probably has more hidden corners that are very picturesque!
Tip 5 🚐: Note that you are required to have a guide to enter the Antelope Canyons, as they are privately owned attractions, therefore, be sure to book your tour in advance (they sold out fast, especially during breaks) as you will not be allowed to enter otherwise.

⭐️ Top tips: one hour before sunset is best time to visit as you will get the best lighting for photos!
💰Average Price per Person: 10 USD/car, 5USD/bike
Upper antelope canyon
📍Address: 22 South Lake Powell Boulevard, Page, AZ, USA
⭐️ Top tips: you shouldn’t go straight to the canyon as guided tour is mandatory for the upper antelope canyon. The prices across all tour operators are similar as all 8 tours are run by the same family. Therefore, you should get a time that suits you rather than choosing the tour operator - the best time to visit is around 12 - 1 pm as you can get photos of light coming into the canyon!

Lower antelope canyon

⭐️ Top tips: Ken’s tour is the only operator for the lower antelope canyon - this is the cheaper of the two antelope canyon and personally I think it’s prettier! If you only have time for one canyon and with limited budget, I would highly recommend the Lower Antelope Canyon!
💰Average Price per Person: around 80 USD/ person

Arizona Antelope Valley
Antelope Canyon is a world-famous slot canyon located in the desert of Arizona, USA. It lies in a dry riverbed all year round. Its appearance resembles fine grooves carved by water on the sand surface. However, when people delve into the bottom of the canyon, they will find that the rock surfaces of the canyon walls appear meticulously polished, with layers flowing along the rock walls, as if waves from ten thousand years ago were frozen in the canyon. Sunlight enters from the top of the canyon, creating magical colors.

Antelope Canyon - a natural sculpture of beauty, a paradise of light!
Antelope Canyon is located not far southeast of Page, within the Navajo Indian Reservation, situated in a perennially dry riverbed, and is divided into two separate canyons: upper and lower.
From above, the Upper Antelope Canyon looks like a narrow channel carved by flowing water through the rock and sandstone, while the Lower Antelope Canyon is hidden beneath the surface, mysterious and unseen.
When sunlight illuminates the deep and tranquil sections of the canyon, the dance of light and shadow unleashes its charm here, making it a paradise for photography enthusiasts.
The Lower Antelope Canyon, located underground, requires descending metal staircases to reach its depths, and sometimes ropes are needed to navigate through. Due to the difficulty of access, there are fewer visitors, but photographers often come here to capture the scenery.
As sunlight pours into the quiet depths of the canyon, the dance of light and shadow casts its enchanting spell, revealing the wonder that is Antelope Canyon!

Antelope Canyon
🌟Highlights:
Antelope Canyon is one of the world's famous slot canyons, and a renowned photography spot, located in northern Arizona, USA. The nearest city is Page, and it is part of the Navajo Native American Reservation.
Antelope Canyon is geographically divided into two separate parts, known as Upper Antelope Canyon and Lower Antelope Canyon.
As this area is a Native American region, only local Native Americans can serve as guides to bring tourists in.
📝Tips:
Before entering, everyone wears a mark on their wrist, signs a life and death statement. Antelope Canyon is very narrow, under normal circumstances, only one person can enter at a time. If it rains or is cloudy, the attraction will be closed, because the rainwater will rise rapidly and drown the people inside, which is very dangerous
This is a desert area, and the temperature can reach over 40 degrees in summer.
👍Most recommended:
Under the sunshine, you can take pictures of the canyon in different colors, which is very dazzling and colorful. If you can't get the effect yourself, the local guide took a very beautiful photo for us
🕙Business hours:
It only operates for two or three months a year, so you need to make a reservation in advance.
❤Reason for recommendation:
This is one of the top ten wonders of the world, it's worth a visit

Antelope Canyon
#wheretogo Antelope Canyon, folks, let me tell you, it's nature showing off in the most stunning way possible. I recently had the chance to visit, and it's a place that's just pure, jaw-dropping beauty.
You see, the main attraction here is these smooth, wave-like sandstone formations. It's like Mother Nature decided to carve out her own work of art. As you walk through those narrow, twisting passages, the sunlight dances on the walls, creating this incredible play of light and shadows. The colors and the way the light hits the sandstone, it's like a visual masterpiece.
The crazy thing is, those formations were shaped by wind and water over centuries, and they've created these shapes and patterns that are just out of this world. It's like a gallery of natural artwork, and it's always changing, so no two visits are the same.
When you're inside the canyon, it's like you're in a whole other world. The sandstone feels so smooth to the touch, the wind whispers through, and your footsteps echo softly. It's a place where you can't help but feel like you're part of something bigger, something truly special.
Now, it's no secret that Antelope Canyon has become a popular spot, and that's why the Navajo Nation carefully guides tours to protect this delicate environment. Those guides share stories about the canyon, its geology, and the Navajo culture, adding a whole new layer to the experience.
To sum it up, Antelope Canyon is nature's masterpiece. It's a place that'll leave you in awe, and you'll walk away with a deep appreciation for the incredible beauty that this planet has to offer. It's an enchanting and humbling experience that'll make you feel closer to the wonders of the natural world.

Exploring the Enchanting Antelope Canyon: A Journey from Vegas
Since childhood, my dreams were woven with visions of Antelope Canyon, a place of enchantment and ethereal beauty. As we ventured deeper into the canyon, our guide unraveled the captivating tales of the Navajo Indians, the formation of these majestic canyons, and the intriguing history of the vibrant city of Vegas.
The canyon's true magic unfurls in the gentle embrace of spring or the mellow days of autumn when the sun's radiant rays penetrate the depths of the canyon. This celestial illumination transforms the hollows and corridors into an otherworldly realm, reminiscent of a luminous palace within the shadowy embrace of the Earth herself. Antelope Canyon's grandeur far exceeded my childhood dreams, making this journey an indelible memory etched into my soul.
