[2024 Changli Stay] Travel Guide for Anlan Hotel (Updated Nov)
I'll stay at this hotel every time I come to Aranya. It's nice and affordable.
Aranya Anlan Solo Trip || I saw a lot of people visiting Aranya during the off-season before the New Year, and I saw the 1,099 Anlan-Suka discount, so I booked a trip right away. I have to say, this is a popular hotel for a reason. It's a must-visit in Aranya. I'm glad I came during the off-season, but the occupancy rate was still high, and the beach was crowded. If it weren't for my hand hurting so much before I left, the experience would have been perfect!
Food -
Free snacks and soft drinks are on the table, and I started eating as soon as I sat down. The red date tea provided by the hotel was so delicious that I drank cup after cup. It was 9 pm, and they still delivered it to my room for free! The first night at Anlan included a free breakfast for two, and the shrimp dumplings were delicious! By the way, I came alone, so I wasted one breakfast :( Hotel guests can use their ID code to eat in the canteen (especially the third and fourth canteens, which are great).
Accommodation -
The hotel provides free foot baths, and I couldn't wait to call for one after a long day. ✌️ The body lotion smells great, and you can take it with you. You can also choose from five lavender pillows, and they'll replace them for free. I was staying alone, so I only got one hot spring ticket, but I didn't bring a swimsuit anyway. 💨
Transportation -
I booked a shuttle bus from Beidaihe, which took me directly to Anlan. The best thing about Anlan is the 24-hour free shuttle bus. No matter where you are, there's always a car to pick you up. It's really great, especially when I cut my hand on a swing and called a car to take me back. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

①I read that it's not recommended to go to the Golden Coast because staying inside Aranya is quite expensive, so I stayed outside for one night. Right outside is the Golden Coast, the weather was so good that the sea was particularly blue, and there were fireworks by the sea at night (I have to say, the hotel really had a super high cost-performance ratio and it was a sea view room!!)
2 On the second day, I arrived at Aranya, where there are often art festivals and such, got a free bus ride with a museum ticket to go to the cafeteria to eat (the fourth cafeteria is really good, the noodles and pancakes are not bad), the sunset glow is so beautiful, worthy of being Beijing's backyard!!
If I could retire there, I wonder how high the happiness index would be◎ (You can stay in Anlan, right opposite the fourth cafeteria)
(My imagination: For example, walking alone by the sea in Aranya, with only the lonely chapel and me, loneliness is true freedom. Reality: There are many people, I'll come back in winter)
On the third day, I came to the Beidaihe area, stayed at the Maoye World, there's so much to eat here, Qinhuang Alley is really awesome, spicy mix and mixed chicken racks, blushing Qin sweet I had two cups a day and took one with me when I left!!

Laohushi is ready to check in for a near-sea fantasy, all on one line: Shallow Bay, Huanhai Road, Laohushi, Pigeon Nest, Biluo Tower, Xianluo Island... Riding a small electric scooter, I feel it's all about the same!
But the Biluo Tower Sea Bar Park is still worth visiting, it's lively at night, the sea is blue and beautiful (buy a daytime ticket and enter at four o'clock, I can stay for a day)
7④On the last day, Jinxia Bay and Xigang Garden are both in the Haigang District, just stroll around and then directly from Qinhuangdao back to Wuhan (Xigang Garden is under construction, I personally think it's average during the day, you can go at night to take pictures hehe)

Aranya Anlan Hotel in Qinhuangdao
Landscape:
I really like such a residence, with greenery and trees in front of and behind the house (Picture one and two), as well as clean paths. Even the hotel's atrium is planted with large potted plants like bonsai (Picture five)
Room View:
The first floor has a very large balcony, pictures three and four are the balcony view.
Qinhuangdao Aranya is 300 kilometers away from Beijing, and the air is so much better. On sunny days, it really is blue skies and white clouds, the look of a beautiful summer
Ventilation:
The room's balcony is open, and the doors to the balcony can be opened for ventilation, then there are sliding screen doors that can be closed to prevent mosquitoes and flies
The hotel is shaped like an octopus, divided into six areas ABCDEF, each area is a long corridor, with rooms on both sides of the corridor, and at the end of the corridor, there is a small door that can be accessed with a card, as well as a small window for ventilation. My room was right next to this small door, and I prefer to enter and exit from here, as it's only a few steps away from the adjacent greenery
There are also small windows that are always open for ventilation at the atrium. I like the overall ventilation design
Room Facilities:
The room is quite large, with a TV wall separating the sleeping area and the sofa area, and a high table separating the sofa area and the kitchen.
Bottled water is generously provided, and it's the first time I've been pampered by a hotel that gives snacks, and they even replenished the snacks the next day
Breakfast:
The breakfast room has a very nice environment, with large glass windows overlooking the greenery. You can open the door to ventilate and breathe the fresh air outside, or sit under the sun umbrella next to the lawn to dine
The breakfast is very rich, with a complete variety of Chinese and Western breakfasts. The steamed shrimp dumplings are a specialty here, with firm and large shrimp meat, indeed very delicious
Tips: The key to enjoying a wonderful breakfast is to avoid the peak. I came at 7 o'clock on the first morning, enjoying the delicious food and beautiful scenery. The next day, I came at almost 9:30 and had to queue up to eat

In Anlan, watch the frozen sea and sunrise in winter
It's really great to go to Aranya in the off-season. How can you not stay in Anlan when you go to Aranya? The cost performance is super high!!
Check-in
Check-in at Anlan is usually around two o'clock. If you arrive in the morning, you can store your luggage first and go out for a stroll, and then come back for check-in after lunch. The day I arrived was quite cold. I was wearing a coat. After going out for a round, I was so cold that I came back and asked the front desk lady if I could check in early to change my clothes. The front desk lady quickly helped me check in.
Because of the early check-in, there was only one room on the first floor. I was thinking about making do with it, but I unexpectedly liked the room when I walked in. The sunlight was very healing, and the terrace outside was super large.
Service
The service of Anlan is needless to say, snacks are enough, and the cleaning staff will kindly write the temperature of the day and the time of sunrise and sunset. The snacks on the second day are the same as the first day. I asked if there were any different flavors, and the waiter found me three different snacks.
I casually asked what brand of body lotion was, and she gave me three (I was too embarrassed to take them.
If you need to soak your feet, you can also apply for a foot bath bucket. As long as you dare to speak, they will deliver it to you.

Aranya, located 500 meters north of the International Sand Sliding Center in the Beidaihe New District of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, was established in 2013. The name Aranya comes from the Sanskrit Aranya, which means 'a quiet place in the world, where you can find yourself'.
🚉Travel Strategy:
This time I didn't drive, took the train from Beijing to Beidaihe, and then took a taxi for about 40 minutes, costing 65 yuan.
🗓Itinerary:
The hotel is Anlan, I didn't catch the promotional price, two nights 699 yuan + 599 yuan without breakfast, the room area is not large. There are quite a lot of people on weekends!

There are already a lot of strategies on the Internet, let's talk about tips. You still need to bring more clothes, it's quite cold by the sea in winter, you need to bring a hat and gloves 🧤.
