The Savoury Duck Leg Confit in a Steamed Lotus Leaf Bun and the Wild Mushroom Ragout on Croffle were standouts, and the scones, especially the Macadamia Nut ones, were divine. #hotelstaycation Leaving the bustling KL city, I went to Penang and I had a wonderful short stay in #angsanatelukbahang. This resort is very large and has a beautiful view, all rooms are facing the sea. Nice swimming pool and breakfast (quite many choices) If you like cats, you can walk along the beach (can walk from the resort) to Cat Beach, it’s called #catbeachsanctuary. However, it’s smelly here because there are many abandoned and sick cats, only one person takes care of it. Because I wanted to watch the whole sunset, so I took a grab from the reasort to #borabora in Ferringhi. You can both enjoy delicious food and watch the sunset here. If you come to Penang and want to relax in a peaceful place, you can consider this resort.

Highlights - A little bit overprice as a Luxury five star brand. the room design very simple. My room is Superior Seaview with bathtub. Room is simple like others local five star. amenities basic. Avg. Price per Person - I got a midnight special price at 430+, for drinks about 33+ for the alcohol per glass. Breakfast consider good Rating - 4 star *Looking forward for the improvement. as a five star hotel I think they should ready to serve. but even in the peak hour about 4pm we can’t even found someone into the bar counter and restaurant. No serving crew around the pool floor. and 9pm no one serving at beach bar, end up we order with a foreigner server which is can’t well fluent English or Malay….#staycation

Facilities: Outdoor swimming pool facing the Andaman sea, gym, and kid's club. Jendela restaurant is all-day dining featuring local food, located together with swiming pool. No.11 restaurant and bar, serves western food and drinks for dinner. Fire and Ice is a beach bar on the ground floor facing the beach. The hotel environment is very nice, chill and relax. Have direct access to the beach and a pretty garden on the beach. What I like the most is the swimming pool :).
