A decade ago, Anawangin Cove was where you should go if you wanted to be alone on the beach. But that’s not the case anymore.
Anawangin’s popularity skyrocketed over the years, and it’s not hard to see why. Its coast is strewn with volcanic ash, spewed by Mt. Pinatubo in 1991, and then shaded by towering agoho trees, a type of casuarina tree that thrives by the shore. This combination, while not unique, is far from the usual beach landscape in the country. All this is magnified by its proximity to the capital, Manila, just 5 hours away.
The view from the southern hill that separates the main beach from another beach. If you’re facing the sea, simply follow the shore to your left and you will reach a trail up a hill. Climb to the top and you’ll have a fantastic panoramic view of the area.

Beach Camping at Anawangin Cove!🇵🇭
#timetotravel
What a nice weekend getaway in Zambales. A unique experience for my family as we camp by the beach in the middle of the pine trees. It is such a picturesque place where you can enjoy, the sun and the beach with a little bit of greenery from the pine trees around. You will need to rent a boat to reach the cove and once you reached the cove you need to rent a tent if you wish to stay overnight. The views on the way to the cove and from the cove towards the ocean are just mesmerizing. The beach itself is not the nicest but the overall experience is good enough. How to get here: There are plenty of boats from Pundaquit and boatmen are very corteous and welcoming. They will even offer to help you set up your tent. Enjoy and experience camping by the beach. !

Disconnect at this Paradise
This cove is situated in the province of Zambales. You would need to take a 45-minute boat ride to get to that cove. There is no signal there, so it is perfect for people who like to disconnect. #beachlife

Great place to recharge yourself.
This beach is amazing, They offer a cottage and a tent for you to sleep. It has many bathrooms there. you can rent a banana boat, a boat transfer for island hopping. There's a lot of beaches around the anawangin. It has blue clear sea water. They offer lifevest for your safety and lifeguard are always there to make sure you are safe. Coordinators will prepare your food all you have to do is enjoy the place and have the best time of your life. You can also hike there for there are mountains around the beach. Zambales adventure was one of the unforgetable experience I've had together with my friends during our team building. The white sand and the crystal clear water makes me think to come back again and again in this beautiful island.
